In August 2022 I called almost every Mazda in Ontario as it was impossible to find a car on the lot or any car coming in. Luckily I called Guelph Mazda and they had a Mazda 3 Sport 2022 coming in within 4 weeks that was available in the colour I wanted. Reg was able to get me all the rebates I qualified for and sent me all the paperwork promptly. My car came on time and I was so happy with it. Pickup was incredibly easy. I recently went back for service with my Mazda and the service department was great. Driving from Toronto is totally worth it to come to Guelph Mazda. Recommend to anyone looking for a new car!

I had the best experience with Naveen for my lease transfer. He responded to all emails immediately. Every other dealership was charging an unfair administration fee of over $1000. But Guelph Mazda and Naveen are honest people who just change what’s required by Mazda Canada. Definitely recommend them and I’ll be seeing them for sure for my next Mazda.

I purchased my car here. I was met with nothing but kindness and patience. The process was super easy and I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the sales floor. Their detailer did an amazing job getting my ready for delivery. There was not a single spot on the car shout out to this guy. Randy and Naveen helped me with the sale and honestly I felt no pressure and had all my questions answered, even the stupid ones. Would definitely recommend looking at purchasing a car here and plan on purchasing my winter tires here as well. Thanks guys!

If you are car shopping definitely head to Guelph City Mazda! We had nothing but excellent customer service from Randy and the staff. Randy kept in touch with us through the delivery of our vehicle and contacted us as soon as it arrived. There was no pressure. Randy spent time showing us the details of the vehicle and was always pleasant and smiling. If there was a choice to choose a 10 star Randy certainly deserves it!! I just purchased a vehicle from Guelph City Mazda, and picked up my vehicle yesterday. I highly recommend these guys. Randy helped me out with purchasing my 2019 mazda cx5. Randy went above and beyond with myself and my family. Only good things to stay about him and this location. I didn't feel like just another number to these guys. I struggled for a week and half before coming in here to find a vehicle and had absolutely no luck prior to my visit at Guelph City Mazda. They were even great with my kids, when I brought them in. One million thank yous are just not enough to thank Randy and the rest of the team. I will refer others to you. Again, THANK YOU.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Mohsen, Wali and Naveen went above and beyond during the purchase of my 2019 Mazda 3. I ordered a car through my work, after 1 year and 4 months of waiting with no ETA, I gave up and bought a Mazda. I wish I started looking for a Mazda sooner!You get treated like family as soon as you walk in the door. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process.I am so grateful, and also for my new (to me) Mazda!!! You have earned a lifelong customer. Bought a shiny new Mazda3 Sport from these guys, and couldn't have asked for better customer service. Randy was so helpful, and made sure I was comfortable with every facet of the car buying process! So friendly so understanding that I never felt the need to cross question and make sure if I am given the best deals or information.Such an amazing team here at Mazda Guelph. At a time I needed a car so bad and with all the shortages in cars this was the only showroom that came to my rescue and delivered in the promised ETA.
