Cap-it Kamloops

I had a Tonneau cover installed months ago and misplaced a piece that was essential to use the cover. Went in thinking I would have to pay for this piece and book an appointment. Not only did the owner come out and fix it immediately, he didn't charge me for the piece that I misplaced. Made my day.

The help finding the right kayak loft for my vehicle was good, and the installation went very smoothly.

We were having an issue with one of our vehicles and in calling around, Cap It was identified as the place that we should probably go to have it taken care of. We called and took our vehicle there and glad that we did. They were able to identify the issue rapidly. We took it back in the next day for repairs and when they called to say it was ready, the bill was much less than we were anticipating. I know that is any more issues like that come up, we won't hesitate to call them. Very happy with the service that we recieved.

Highly recommend the guys at Cap-It here. Went out of their way to help and support with replacement parts on something that was not even bought at this location and past warranty. Will definitely be back for other accessories to trick out my truck

Purchased a Cap It" brand roof top tent from these guys.Tent is pretty nice but came with absolutely no literature

Don't expect any info from them, tried twice with 2 different sales people and never got a reply back . Asked for some info on nerf bars. Bought them somewhere else and won't waist my time with them

I popped in the Cap-it Kamloops because the window of the canopy on my husband's truck wouldn't slide open. One of the technicians came outside and had a look at things. Within 10 minutes we were able to determine the problem and resolve it. I was very happy wit the prompt, polite and effective service I received.I originally gave 4/5 in my review as that the canopy was installed with the problem but because they fixed it when I showed up, I was satisfied. However, at the time of repair the tech noticed a window seal was defective as well. The service counter was going to contact the manufacturer and call me back. They never did. I followed up a couple weeks later. They said they’d check their emails and get back to me. Again, NOTHING. I am quite unimpressed with this service. I feel brushed off ow that I’ve made my purchase and they have my money. I will try to get the seal repaired and then good luck getting my business there again!
