I practiced different martial arts for many years but I always wanted to learn WingTsun since I was teenager. I searched for a Sifu that feels right but couldn’t find any till I found Sifu Lau. I felt the connection right from the beginning. Sifu Lau and his instructors’ way of teaching is what I was looking for. 4 years later since I joined, I still learn something new that wows me when I go there. For me this is not just another Martial art but it’s a way of life. In my opinion Sifu Lau’s knowledge and skills are beyond what I’ve ever seen so far but what makes him unique is how he incorporates philosophy in his WingTsun teachings. Sense of new family, respect, brotherhood and discipline is what I feel and get from Sifu Lau and all of other students.
