Horrible experience yesterday for my daughter's graduation updo. Had a video of what we want done and a photo of how the bangs were to be and it was so messed up we actually had to take it down and redo it. This morning we noticed how bad the stylist botched her bangs, one side is longer than the other, one side doesn't even have enough bangs cut. She left in tears, the one lady at checkout asked if there is anything they could do to fix it but by this point an appointment that should have taken 45 mins tops ended up being 1.5hrs and made us late for the event.

My hairdresser Luisa was Fabulous. However another stylist felt it was necessary to judge the way I spoke to my misbehaving children. Next time I will have them run around like crazy kids since apparently they prefer that over a mother correcting their children. She had a green stripe in her hair don't know her name but wasn't her place to open her mouth and tell me how to parent since I am a paying customer and single mother she knows nothing of my situation. Horrible it's very unfortunate because my stylist was amazing!

I take my daughter's to get their hair cut here. Staff is friendly, last woman didn't seem confident in what she was doing, it was awkward to watch. One appointment was cancelled without notice, found out when we got there. Overall our experiences have been pleasant

Please do not even try to get your hair braided! Worst braids I ever seen and the price is just laughable. Save your money do not go here

I had my haircut and keratin treatment with Ashley. Its an approx. 4 hr process considering my hair volume. Though the entire staff was very nice and especially Ashley. She is so so good at her work.

Every stylist is very professional and gives you opinions tailored perfectly for you. They also suggest you products based on your needs. It works like magic. A bit on the pricier side...but you need to love yourself once in a while.

I have never purchased products or services from Chatters but I did enter a draw at this location for a basket of products. I filled out my name and contact information on a little slip of paper for the draw. Apparently this salon thought it would be cool to take that information to send me endless spam in my email. I never consented to the use of my email by the company for purposes other than contact for the contest, and even though I have unsubscribed from the emails...they still come to my inbox. This is in violation of Canadian Anti Spam Legislation. Every time a new email comes I try to unsubscribe again and it tells me that I am already unsubscribed from all email lists.
