Had an amazing customer service experience with Sahil today at the branch. It was my first time going into a BMO and I'm very glad I did. They were extremely helpful and set up a new personal account and business account and provided me with excellent advice that addressed all my needs. I really feel like they went above and beyond! okay so i have been with bmo for years .. they called me this morning and told me that their database has been hacked and my information is some of that that has been stolen so now people have my name address and my social security number ... i told the woman that i did not wish to pay any bank fees for a year .. and i would consider not switching.. she said she could not do that ... BMO sucks..!!!!!

Call center tools me one thing, then I went to the branch where I was told something different and was told to get back to them when a transaction wasnt on hold which was today so I spoke with another employee where I got another different story so I spoke with the assistant manager and she told me a different story. She was not friendly and to me seemed very incompetent with her job and how the process worked. I'm not happy at all and would definitely not recommend this bank or branch to a family member or friend and probably not even to someone I didn't like because I'm left in a bad situation now and wouldn't want it to happen to anyone else

I've been a customer here for as long as they've been open and I've always been treated with respect. Their lineups are never too long. Would recommend them to anybody
