Great location great staff it was a great experience all around

I used Budget Storage for a year to hold my stuff while I moved from different places. They were always helpful & let me pick up & drop off stuff whenever was convenient for me. Would definitely recommend them!

I thought I would respond to the previous poor rating. I have been using the facility for years and it is great! Clean, quiet, safe and secure and very convenient for me. Indoor and heated.It is a new location that just took over from a private firm. The old place had an old and unsafe elevator. The new owners are investing in the facility and installing a new modern elevator. There are signs posted clearly stating that the elevator will be operational soon. Installing an elevator is not an overnight job!They are open weekends, I’ve been there several times on the weekend.Personal insurance is not mandatory. You have an option to use their in-house insurance or use your own. I opted to use my own because it was cheaper per month. The friendly staff were courteous to make the transaction.Recommended and affordable!

Rates are really low, place is dry clean and secure so I don't have to worry about my items getting damaged while they're being stored. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Ed the owner even helped us get everything into the unit.

Great friendly service. Good price and nice selection of storage space sizes. Ed cares about his customers, was always eager to help me out, and I had no concerns at all with the security of my belongings. I would definitely recommend Budget Storage and would gladly use them again.

I have been a tenant with Mini Mall for some time and the service has been top notch. The company has always been on top of any questions or concerns and I have always felt respected. Highly recommend Mini Mall Storage for you storage needs for vehicle or unit storage!

Excellent customer service, very secure location and building. Emmanuel was especially gracious and gave me a tour, which made my decision to use Mini Mall Storage even easier. Nice work.

We have a unit and for the 2nd night in a row, are locked out when we are supposed to have 24 hr access. Last night we were able to get in contact with someone who gave us a code and gained access. Tonight, we are not able to get a hold of anyone and locked out. We have a uhaul full of our belongings that are supposed to be in storage, covered by insurance. We are in the process of moving and don't have time to waste tracking someone down to gain access to our own belongings and certainly not what we paid for. This is unacceptable and in breach of the rental agreement.

This location isn't open on weekends and sometimes they're not even open during regular business hours making it difficult to access my belongings. Recently I have had issues where I've been billed for late charges while my bank statements clearly indicate no transactions have been attempted by mini mall. I've been charged over $100 this month for late payments and despite all attempts at rectifying the situation, the store manager maintains that I am at fault.The facilities are lacking, the elevator is often out of service, meaning I have to haul everything up and down stairs.This is not what I pay for and will be shopping for a new place to store my goods.
