The company was very fair on pricing for the work they had to do and honest on delays that had to take place due to parts that needed to be ordered in. The job took an extra day beyond what they said they usually do it in but they made sure that everything was fair and professional when dealing with me. I was left happy and secure in the knowledge that my problem was fixed and functioning properly for a great price. The crew of three showed camaraderie while they worked and joked around, showing to me that they liked their job, which a lot of people don't today. It also reflects on the management, in my view, that they run their company well when their workers are happy to be there. The owner also happened to be on the crew...and he was right 'down in the dirt' so to speak getting his hands dirty with everyone. To me, that speaks volumes. I recommend them to everyone that would need their work done.

I really appreciated that in an emergency they were still able to get 9 guys to my property the next day

Needed an older tub removed From my condo bathroom and a newer deeper tub installed.Older cement building, bit of a tricky job what with all the strata requirements for tradespeople these days. Top Notch had me covered.Eric was able to come out promptly and in short order had the job done exceeding my expectations.Nice clean re and re. Smooth job.Will definitely be calling Top Notch the next time Im in need of a plumber.

Few years back during Christmas my furnace, fireplace, and hot water tank went. Eric came during Christmas time to repair the furnace, replaced the hot water tank, and fireplace.He was professional.
