Worst customer service ever. They made a mistake for my online order and they want me to pay for their mistake. They clearly sent me an email about the mistake they have and clearly sent me an email saying that i have to pay for their mistake. When i emailed them back saying no I won't pay for your mistake, right away i received an email from them cancelling my order. Never deal with unprofessional company!!As you can see the company reply below, they can't even say the problem. The problem is i ordered 10 bottles online and they don't update their web order, they emailed me saying they have only 3 bottles out of 10. If that company responsible & offer a customer services they would offer me a free shipping instead of them asking me to pay for the shipping because its only 3 bottles. Again this is a small example of the communication with them.Way below a professional!!

Friendly store, helpful staff

I went to the store and was really please to see the diversity of product, the staff was very helpful. It is really pleasant to shop without a worry, products have different price point, you can find things really affordable and more luxe product :)
