One star is being extremely generous. No body will help you, no one will direct you and on top be extremely rude. Don't understand the point of this building, you literally can't accomplish any of your business here. City of Toronto is a huge disappointment.

Went to the Farmers Market today. Great event, well organized, but I think they could spread it out a bit more. But the merchants there did a great job and were all very friendly.

I often pay my tax bill in person here, and my four stars reflect my past experiences.Today, though service hours are shown on line, the office is not open. There were several people there, disappointed that they could not pay their property taxes, especially as this is the deadline..I was able to write a personal cheque and deposit it (in a clear plastic bag) in the Internal Mail" receptacle.PLEASE UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION ON-LINE TO INDICATE THAT YOUR OFFICE IS NOT YET OPEN FOR BUSINESS."

This building is an excellent location that is used for the Rotary Auction which is broadcast on Rogers Cable TV. The building is fairly modern in the inside, and I haven't seen the exterior as it is not lite very well after business hours. - A Richard Trus Review.

The local Farmer's Market is a nice event to pick up local produce and baked goods.

Road side Fall Colours will stop you and eye catching sky would contrast your photography.

There is construction everywhere around the building to install accessibility washrooms for the disabled. Lot of the parking lots around the building are occupied by the construction workers and their temporary offices.Parking around the building is only 1 hour so if there is a long line up, you might get a ticket. The cafeteria is closed, probably lack of traffic during the Covid shutdown.The cable to the TVs were cutoff and you won't see anything from CP24 anymore while waiting in line. Water pressure to the taps in the new washrooms have been lowered to conserve water. The new electric soap dispensers don't work, probably to save money on electricity and soap. They installed new hand rails by the stairs but it's bare metal that is very unsafe if you slip you might impale yourself.To be fair everything is still a work in progress.Update:Cafeteria is still closed.Accessibility railings have a wood finish on top but the way they are situated might impale someone in the groin area.Still no cable TVThey increased the water pressure in the washroom taps.New:Added LED lights by the elevator doors.Wheelchair ramp outside has been expanded. Before it was one straight incline. Now there are 2 inclines.Metal studs were added at the edge of the stairs to warn blind people of the stairs ahead.

Just back from the market with a load of fresh veg and first Macs of the season. Huge cauliflowers for $2 less than the supermarket. Great buys, friendly vendors, good food. What's not to love.
