Reed has absolutely changed the game when it comes to upgrading my phone. The entire process was painless, professional and so seamless. It was so refreshing to work with Reed after numerous less than favorable visits to my carriers store fronts. Thank you so much for everything, I will be back in two years when it's time for the next upgrade!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.Reed set me up with the cell phone plan that the BellMTS people told me that it couldn't be done for the price that was advertised, and that I would probably lose my phone number.In all fairness, the plan I was trying to get was a little difficult to set up, but instead of just telling me to go away and call the number on the email (what I was told to do by the folks at the BellMTS store), he called Bell on my behalf - actually he had to call them about 4 times when setting up my service.After all his hard work, I now have the cell phone plan I wanted, along with all the advertised discounts, and I have still retained my same phone number.If you are looking for new cell service, do yourself a huge favour and check out Wireless Wave at Grant Park. These people are outstanding.They really know their stuff, and they make you feel welcome.Thank you again for your excellent service!

Reed and Marl were outstanding and truly went above and beyond! Due to my particular situation I created a lot of extra work for them and they were genuinely happy to get me a great result despite all the extra effort. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a phone.

I am a firm believer in giving feedback, both negative and positive. I should have written this review sooner and now have even more reason to write it. My wife was due for an upgrade on her Rogers cell phone in November. She had a Pixel 3 and loved in, her second pixel in the series and wanted to go to the 7. After going to a few different stores with no stock, we wound up at Wirelesswave dealing with Reed. He had the phone in stock and helped my wife through the transition of the old device and into the new one, saving her a few dollars on her plan and making it seamless. Yesterday I went in to discuss and upgrade for me. I had an S21 on Bell. Reed got me into the phone I wanted, the S23 Ultra, helped me with my trade in to get the most bang for the buck for me and analyzed my plan, showing me I was on a plan I thought I needed to be on but didn't need to. In the end, I walked out with the exact phone I wanted for less than I thought I was going to be spending and am saving $25 a month on a plan I didn't need. If you are in need of a new device, this is the place to go to and Reed is the one to deal with.

Reed helped me. He was very patient and awesome customer service. My phone and chatr app. Between 1-10, I give him 10+++. First thing that works w me since I moved to Winnipeg about 2 months. Thanks a bunch. Wonderful !!!

I've always returned here when it was time to upgrade my phone and have received great service. However, this last time when I upgraded I was never told about the $50 activation fee that would be charged. I think this is a bogus charge since nothing on my plan had changed and, is more a Rogers issue than Wireless wave.

I had recieved an email from Rogers saying my plan was just about expired- so I called the kiosk to let them know I was potentially comning by- on the phone, Reed, was quick to let me know they had Black Friday offers and he would be more than happy to help. ( I had totally forgot about BF lol)Once i got there Reed basically helped me right away, he was patient, friendly, and professional to not only myself but everyone who walked by and showed interest in phones, being sure to let them know he would help them as soon as he had a moment.My experience at this WW has always been excellent and Reed continued to give me that same experience! Even tho he was super busy, when I had to come back to the kiosk for help downloading my info from the Cloud, he was super available and helped efficiently and effectively. THANK-YOU REED SEE YOU IN 2 YEARS :)
