Bought a 2015 toyota tacoma from Lee. Right from start to finish was great. The truck was exactly as described. We had an independent inspection done for peace of mind and everything checked out great. There was an issue with the seat belt that Lee noticed before we purchased and he had the part couriered to our local toyota. Such a great experience and would HIGHLY recommend!

Bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee sport from them. We had a few small issues that needed to be resolved before the sale and it was done without fuss. When we had to come back for an exchange of an engine thermostat a few months later they installed it and discovered a crack in the oil filter holder. They did not charge us for that replacement part. The fact that things do wear out or break is normal but the extra service of not just looking to replace something but discovering that something else is broken and then replace it at their costs is sign of an honest business with customer service in mind.

Just had my car detailed at Nexcar. Not only did they do a fabulous job but they drove me to work and came and picked me up when I was finished! But it didn't stop there. hey discovered that my right front tire was almost flat and was damaged. I had been having an issue with it. They called Kal Tire who I bought my original tires from to see if they had the same tire. They then bought the new tire, they picked it up and wow!!! they put it on!!! They gave me a call to let me know what was happening and to approve the purchase. I was incredibly impressed. Service like this is a rarely seen today. Thank-you Nexcar, Char in the Service Dept. and the nice young guy who did the detailing!

My engine check light came on driving into Port Alberni and the team at Nexcar was so helpful! Rather than going straight to replacing the affected parts, they looked at other alternatives first.

When looking for a car, I happened across one on this lot. After talking to the salesperson, we struck a deal I am more than happy with. He even stayed open later so I could some and see the car. Great staff and decent prices for used cars.

My first choice mechanics. Love this shop. I trust that despite my having no working knowledge of the workings of my car, I will always be treated fairly. Never charged for anything I don't really require. Great job guys ❤️

Gave all the other guys a chance a cream puff corolla 2018 with 7500km. Like new. Lee came in best and with the least b.s. upsell trade in garbage. Fast friendly service. Trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate to buy or sell another car or truck to him. 5 stars all the way

It has been several months since we purchased our Ford Escape from these folks. The entire staff were fantastic! I did not have great expectations from the Escape - it had a lot of kilometers on it and it had been well loved. We ended up having some significant issues with the vehicle - Lee offered to refund our money or fix it - our choice. He fixed it and when we had some more issues - Lee fixed them without question and refused to charge us.Nexcar knows customer service. They were honest and upfront about everything about the vehicle. They were excited for us to get it. Just awesome. I can't say enough good things.
