Breakneck Comedy
Just back from a great night out at this venue. Headline was Fred Macaulay but all 5 acts were excellent. MC also did an excellent job. The bar was well stocked and not expensive.

Comedy is okay , drinks massively overpriced compared to everything else in Aberdeen which was a bit disappointing, sets the night off poorly.

I went to the comedy club on the 7th May to see the Gaz and Daz show and they were brilliant! This review is not based on them in any way. When we went to breakneck the drinks were ridicously expensive and there was no prices displayed anywhere, I also thought that the drinks we ordered (vodka cokes) weren't made properly as we became ill just after those drinks alone!We had planned to go to another show on the 21st May, however due to unforeseen circumstances, my friends and I weren't able to attend. My friend bought the tickets months back and it was dissapointing we couldn't attend. I have given 1 star due to the absolute shocking customer service we have received just to get a refund! My friend who bought the tickets emailed breakneck twice to get a refund and was ignored. I then messaged breakneck through facebook and I too was ignored. I felt that i needed to go to the performers and they messaged breakneck for us, the day after this I recieved an message from breakneck which was quite rude and cheeky, they don't offer refunds for people that don't show no matter the circumstance and told me that the person who made the booking had to contact them ( she had done this 3 times already) Eventually breakneck responded and said again that they don't usually allow refunds but will on this occasion.

Great line up and evening. Can't fault it one bit. Small venue very intimate. Will be going again for sure.

Not only was the comedy brilliant but the customer service is brilliant too! Had an issue with tickets which was fixed within minutes of me contacting! Can't wait to come back from another night!

Been once and had an absolute ball. The open mic acts were brilliant and there was something for everyone. Can't wait to go back.
