We go here all the time. Great prices and staff are super helpful and friendly. Watch for sale items, great prices.

One star for convenience otherwise 0 stars. Many items are old stock and used. The majority of the items here are extremely overpriced so make sure you shop Amazon or another store first. Customer service is very dry and sometimes painfully slow to deal with. At times, It feels like you are talking to an emotionless rock. If you decide to shop here check your product to make sure it's from this generation and not years old and used. They have a habit of ripping people off here so be careful. Moving forward I will only shop here in emergency cases otherwise I'll be doing all my shopping in Orleans and online. I rather spend the extra in gas and save heavily on items then support this local shop with terrible dry customer service and poor quality old items. I will not be ripped off again..

Nice little store with a good selection of items. If you got questions, there is a few people with alot of knowledge that can definitely help you out. Big thanks to Peter who has been there forever and is extremely knowledgeable.

What a sad hardware store. Went to pick up an upper and lower thermostat for a hot water heater. They had one upper and no lower. No location even on the shelf for a lower thermostat. Over a third of the store is home decor. Drove to Rona in Embrun and lots of uppers and lowers.
