MVP pulled through for us after our basement suite experienced a sewage backup. We were able to remove the affected materials, but it was providing difficult to find someone that was able to repair both the drywall and carpet.MVP was very easy to work with right from the beginning. We received a reply and estimate very soon after inquiring. The information needed from us was very clear. The work began a few days after inquiring, and went so smoothly that by the end of it, our tenant sent us photos and you would have no idea that there was any damage previously.We will definitely be using this company again in the future. We are so. grateful for the professionalism, timeliness, quality of work and affordable cost.Update - We originally gave 5 stars but had to lower it after discovering the extremely poor installation of the carpet.Our tenant noticed that there were bubbles appearing in the carpet. After looking closer, she. realized that she was able to lift the carpet in the door of the bedroom and found that there was no underlay used. Instead, the carpet was glued to another layer of the same carpet.We haven't received a response after asking about this. Extremely disappointed. We are now having to bring in another company to fix it, and I'm worried that the two layers of carpet he used are ruined with the glue.We are in shock. I never imagined that he would even consider doing this without asking us.He did a great job on the wall and the baseboard.. but this is going to be costing us a lot more now to fix it, and even more if we have to buy all new carpet.So incredibly disappointed.
