Brought my bike in to have a few items repaired. Even when new, this bike didn't ride as nice as it does now. The work was very, very high quality and the value was outstanding. Service and staff is excellent and it's one of the few Lloydminster businesses where I know I'll go in, get a smile and genuine, pleasant conversation. More businesses could learn from the way Grindin' Gears delivers a great customer experience. I've since spent a few hundred dollars on clothing since the bike repair and intend to buy more in the very near future. Bravo to all of you, great customer experience!

Many thanks to Jim , Kurtis and staff who helped get our European built electric wheelchair bicycle up and running. Faced many obstacles along the way ,too many to mention. Their service was courteous, timely and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this business.

Great staff, didn't even charge me the labour fee for fitting on my bike chain, and in under 5 mins I got my chain, bike even tighted and awheels aligned!
