Took my bike in for the winter storage program at the end of last season for the first time. The staff are amazing to deal with and go above and beyond! Special shout out to Mark in the service department and the guys (and the dog) in the back. Thanks for looking after my ride. See you in the spring!

If I could give negative, I would. Bill in service seems like he doesnt wanna be there. I asked him to price out tires for my bike and showed him different tires I was interested in. He waved me off and said just go to GP Bikes

Three weeks ago, I went to this shop to install spotlights. Their wrong installation caused my motorcycle to fail to start. The explanation given by Harley was that the wires of the spotlights were directly connected to the battery, which caused the motorcycle battery to have problems and could not start. For this reason I paid $162.02. When I called cycleworld to explain the situation and claim compensation, the staff was very rude and said that they would not pay me any compensation. $162.02 is nothing to me, but they are really unprofessional , actually connected the wire directly to the battery, so stupid, a very amateur shop

I have been looking for a motorcycle and found the one that i like, and message them for a quote 5x and no one even replay to me bad customer service.

I took my friends daughter and we were fortunate to meet with Chris. He treated Ana, who knew nothing about motorcycles, like a Queen. We spent almost 4 hours with Chris going over every bike and answering her every question. She ended up buying a beautiful Honda Shadow and when we picked it up the following week, Chris had detailed the bike to perfection. He was the epitome of customer service..... awesome job Chris.

Great selection of items. Convenient location. Lots of parking. They also service motorcycles in the shop behind the store front. I personally haven’t had experience with their mechanics, so I can’t speak on that, but the people working in the store were friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Worst place to bring your bikes, specifically Harleys or anything you care about. Staff have absolutely no knowledge and they pretty much hire anyone there who’s willing to be on bikes. You mine as well search up a DIY video on how to do it yourself.Save yourself money, time and the frustration.
