Dr. Swamy was the first professional I sought out to start on my self care journey. She also assisted me in pre pregnancy planning, during and in post partum. She is so genuinely empathetic and caring. I felt like I could truly connect with her and be honest about my health goals and progress with zero judgement. I really liked that she isn't against medication and created a plan with me that was realistic and evidence based.
