Have been ordered mi bowl for almost 2 months and I genuinely wanna say I enjoyed it so much. I am amazed with the huge variety of the meals and each week just keep surprising me. It includes pasta, dumplings, salad, curry and not mention to those typical Chinese dishes in healthy version. What surprised me the most, is how fresh it can actually keep. It can truly stay fresh in fridge for 7 days, even including the salad, so I can order once a week and no need to worry about what to eat for a week, which is such time saving and good for the ppl who does not cook like me. Last but not the least, the contacts less delivery is fast and efficient, even when I live far.

I love the food! Great service and well packed. Doctor told me to eat healthy and my wife found this place. At first, I thought it's going to be yet another terrible meal planning / prep service. I have tried more than 5 companies for food delivery, uncooked, or cooked. Mi Bowl is my Favorite so far! if you don't have time to cook, this is the best, just heat it up and eat. The meat and vegs are all good qualities, and tasty too. The most important is low calories. It is great for weight watchers and it is also great for someone who love Asian food. Also, the menus changes every week, so I don't get tried of the same food, I am kind of looking forward to what they have for the next week.
