COWS Halifax

An amazing ice cream place, one of the best. We were first-timers to Halifax this August, and just had to stop by and get some sweet treats, which my daughters absolutely loved - bubble gum, and cookie monster. I myself had birthday cake, which was amazing - didn't even know such a flavour existed! Portions were generous and the staff were very nice.

Mmm ice cream! Great selection of flavours and witty t-shirt collection. Only thing holding back from 5 stars is that the prices are quite high in my opinion. Also the cones seem a bit too sweet for me.

Our favourite ice cream place in Halifax. Great flavours, delicious ice cream. The store sells some useful knick knacks, too, we got a couple of mugs and some funny baby onesies.

Though the line may seem a lil long, its worth it! Great flavours, with some fun pieces to pick from as souvenirs! A must visit before you leave the city!! Pleasant, friendly staff! #illBeBack

Some of our favourite ice cream in Canada! The price is very comparable to ice cream shops in Alberta. Whenever we are visiting family we always make a stop here and are never disappointed!

It's little bit long line there, wait fir 15 mins but it worth. I tried PEI blueberry ice cream and Dairy chocolate orange flavor. The best thing that I liked, it's not too sweet.great taste

Had the chocolate ice cream with peanut cups and English toffee. Tasted good with a nice cone as well. Not sure about their staffing and operation model. Only one girl serving with another just doing cash and another just doing cones. Based on this there was a long slow lineup.

I was here a couple weeks ago with my family who were visiting from out of town. Hadn't been for a while and was extremely disappointed. The price is ridiculous for the tiny amount of ice cream you are given. We ordered double scoops and my mother received an almost normal first scoop and then the scoop on top was less than half the size of the first and contained zero of the ice cream mix ins that it was supposed to - the girl only scooped up a tiny amount of plain ice cream from the tub. The girls behind the counter were completely clueless and when we told them to remake it they said it's by weight' and scooped the second scoop from the exact same place in the tub again with zero mix ins. They had to remake it a third time and we had to literally point to a different area of the tub to make her scoop up something other than plain ice cream. I used to love cows but I won't be wasting my money here again."
