Have had my order just completely forgotten about and never delivered on multiple occasions. Waited over 7hrs for a drop off on 4/20... No communication. Website is poorly constructed. Bud is labeled as A grade, AA grade, etc when it barely passes for B grade. Prices are cheap and the customer service matches. You get what you pay for.Today, despite bad experiences in the past, I placed an order at 5:30 and it never arrived. I checked the website around when the last order goes out only to find a message that stated CLOSED at 7PM. So its 10pm now and I've been waiting for an order that is never going to come for 5 hrs now. The Closed at 7pm notice was NOT visible on the site when I ordered around 530.As someone who uses cannabis as medicine, this is absolutely unacceptable. I wont be able to sleep tonight without my medicine that I was led to believe that I would be receiving. I got a confirmation email and everything.Would love to spend money on the affordable products, but I cant find reasons to keep getting screwed over.

The Product is good but the delivery and ordering system is the problem it has been 48 hours since i first ordered and i tried calling and everything with no answer or call back, I would love to continue to support but the unreliability on ordering is rough.
