Open Concept Bathroom & Kitchen Renovations

Part of a series of reno work in our new house. Complete renovations of 2 bathrooms from a to z, plus partial reno for the powder room. Wilson and his crew were amazing. Very professional, easy to deal with, clean and proper. We had issues with the original contractor who was supposed to do the work and the agreement fell apart. Wilson and Bob were able to come on board very quickly, with minor delays to the schedule. They were the only contractor that actually provided us with drawings for the work. Wilson was very creative and made suggestions to the ensuite bathroom that resulted in a beautiful and very useable bathroom given the space we had. They finished under schedule and in a reasonable budget given the new issues that were discovered along the way.Wilson also saved us when the carpet contractor damaged our baseboards and walls. His crew were able to fix the damage and install new baseboards within a day. Amazing.Moving forward he and his crew are now our preferred contractor for any new work. We recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable and quality work contractor.

I got my basement renovated by them, they came every day to work on it, before they started I got renders done to have an idea how it would look like, very organized and clean. I recommend them 100%

We contracted with Wilson and Open Concept to complete a relatively complex (steel beam, 2' x 2' footings in basement) main floor open concept renovation. Wilson and team made several visits to prepare a detailed and documented quotation. Once the permits were in place the work began (a week or two early)Throughout, the team was punctual, friendly and always ensured the work space was cleaned up at the end of the day. As happens when taking out walls, unplanned surprises can arise. We encountered at least 2 issues but Wilson was unflappable, presented solutions and continued with the project. Wilson worked very collaborative with our Kitchen Designer ensuring that schedules were aligned. The sub trades (in particular the electrician) were excellent. All in, a terrific , well executed renovation. We would highly recommend Wilson and Open Concept Renovations

We recently had our 70's basement renovated by Open Concept Renovations and we couldn't be happier with the results. Once they began their work, they came everyday. We were their top priority. They always were respectful and professional. They cleaned up their tools at the end of the day. It was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

We received quotes to finish our unfinished 1200 sq. ft. basement. After meeting Wilson from Open Concept Renovations, we decided that he was the best fit for the job. He knew his stuff, had the right attitude, and his price was reasonable. The 6-7 week job was done on schedule with a very high degree of quality. He provided suggested layouts and made alterations to satisfy our needs as required. We provided certain material (at our request) and Wilson other material. Every day his crew put down and removed mats to protect the floor. Work was punctual and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Also, his sub trades were fantastic and very highly skilled. They included electrical, drywall and wood flooring. Very friendly and accommodating. We would recommend Wilson and his right hand man Filipe in a heartbeat, along with other crew members. Also, Wilson did not skimp on things. High quality tools were used, he had everything. Filipe was super! He is a jack of all trades and does excellent work! His painting was better than professional painters. Ceramic tile work and plumbing, outstanding. Laser levels used everywhere. Thanks Filipe!!! We engaged Wilson and his team to complete a full refresh and reno of our top two floors (flooring, tile, paint, trim, 2 full bathrooms, appliance install and smoothing of main floor 70s plaster ceilings). Our timelines were quite tight as we were hoping to have the reno completed in 1.5 months to align with our move date. Wilson was very honest with all the details of the project and provide feedback on choices where he felt necessary. His team was very friendly and approachable. Most importantly Wilson was extremely patient with us as we often had difficulty selecting finishes.The reno is now complete we are very happy with the work. Wilson remains available for any small fixes that may pop up from time to time.We plan on using him and his team again in the future!

Wilson and his crew were amazing. They were able to complete my basement on time and on budget without any issues. They recommended going with larger baseboards and crown molding throughout - the end result is magnificent.
