So maybe mention it when you go and I think this is something Rose can easily work on. She serves her clients with true respect and I appreciate her for it

I was really scared before getting my braids done but I am absolutely in love with my dreadlock braids. Rosa gave me something better than what I wanted. She spend around 11-12 hours braiding them, went above and beyond for me. In addition, she welcomed me into her beautiful home and I had an amazing experience.

I had a wonderful day with Rosa. She made my day when I came with my sister. She asked if my sister was my mother! We had a good laugh and it was a great way of breaking the ice. She did a fantastic job on my hair and I absolutely love it. Rosa is a very kind sweet soul. She offered us a meal and provided drinks as it was going to be a long day with her. I'm gonna keep this strictly hair related. The picture that I showed her looks nothing like my hair. The centering of the braids is off and we had to use hair extensions where previously, I didn't require any. The braids are pulled too tight, to the point of ripping hair and moving my hairline back as well. Rose is experienced at braiding hair, but after leaving her place and having my peers review her work, it's definitive that the work needs work.

This business advertised about sisterlocks of which she had no clue. She uses a crochet needle, slow as heck and charges a premium price of $50 an hour. She spent 7 hours in my hair and did not even get a quarter done total rip off. My hair was done so tight, this should not be done with sisterlocks rips your hair out. Inaddition, I had to sit through 7 hours of the cheesiest African movies imaginable, she needs to learn to cater for her clients not her self

Rose was able to correct and fix my hair after it was interlocked improperly by Blessed Kuts in Whitby. Love the way my hair looks!! Would recommend

I did sisterlocs at this lady place and I liked it, i found that my hair was tight the first time, however it resloved around day two. I went back six weeks after to do my first retie and now it is a week later and my is full of bumps andit is sore. I message her to let her know and she was unprofessional. It is very important to have people that is knowledgeable to do your hair, she is not,she pretends that she is nice but she isn't I wish I could upload the things she meassage me here and her washroom omg don't go in there she have people coming in and out her house without cleaning nasty. I have girls and thought they will never go there, she doesn't know what she is doing, don't waste your time it will seems nice until you say something about your hair you don't like. To this day Rose did not call me to understand my issue why spend more with people who don't care...Rose need the money to pay her bills and that's all.

I was thoroughly dissatisfied with the dreadlock services I received from Rose. The quality of her work was unacceptable and her approach to pricing was nothing short of greed. When I sought to have my extensions dyed, she agreed, but then quoted me an outrageous fee of 150 dollars. I chose to go elsewhere and that's when her unprofessionalism became apparent.Not only did she speak disparagingly about the place I went to have my dreads dyed, but when I encountered some issues with my dreadlocks coming out, she had the audacity to try and blame me for it. Her only concern seemed to be maximizing her profits, with no regard for the satisfaction of her clients.I cannot stress enough the importance of avoiding Rose for any dreadlock services. Her lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and outrageous pricing make her an unacceptable choice. And if you take the time to look at previous low-rated reviews, you'll see that her response to her clients is nothing short of horrific.If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable provider for dreadlock services, I highly recommend investing your money at Livity Loc Studio. I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience with Rose and do not recommend her services to anyone. If you value your hair and want to avoid being subjected to shoddy workmanship, unprofessional behavior, and a disrespectful attitude, steer clear of Rose.
