Chipotle Mexican Grill
I don't know what is happening to Chipotle lately. I have visited 2 locations, this being one over the past week. The service has been terrible. The staff at both were rude (borderline ghetto), unaccomodating, and plain disrespectful. They never have anything ready. On a Friday night, you would expect the grills to be full, but nope, out of chicken out of steak, and they make it as if how dare you order that. I used to frequent their restaurants. However, I'll definitely be finding alternative options now. If anyone actually reads this from their headquarters, I would suggest mystery shopping in some of your locations,you would be appalled.

The food is just amazing! It's fresh, healthy and delicious. The price is very reasonable too. We ordered 3 main course meals with some extras for $40.

I kid you not, the best Chipotle I’ve ever eaten. Ever. Something about the cheese and the rice - so good. It was just very fresh and their portion size was perfect! Elite Chipotle. Just look at the photo, it looks like art!

On line orders only! While I tried in the lot to order, they turned away 25 people. The lazy people for whatever reason should put a sign on the door ! I'll never be back, you can count on it. I'm 68 yrs of age and not good with ordering online! We should be accommodated !!! I'll make it a point to let people like me know to avoid this establishment!!!!! Drove 1/2 hour to get there. Poor management. If you look at what was sold today around 4, you will see no moneys made. Figure in the 5 minutes I was there, at least 25 people walked out........

Pros: Food tasted great and was made exactly to my liking.Cons: The prep counter was pretty filthy. It looked like it had not been wiped down in quite some time.They were sold out of quite a few items but that did not impact my order and they told me about their shortage upfront.The server girl who made my meal was friendly but the cook was quite rude to her and told the girl to “shut her ass” when she asked for more chicken. It was shocking to see that kind of behaviour being displayed… let alone in front of customers. That cook would not be working for me if that was my restaurant.

90% of the time it's really good and 0 complaints. Mobile Orders are behind the counter to the left. Everyone is super nice. The last time I ordered though, my bowl was so skimpy I thought someone was gonna tell it to put a sweater on. Other than that, this is a pretty good and consistent location.

I live nearby so I'm here every couple of months. I've been to many other chipotle stores and none compare, this is by far the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Matter of fact, the only bad experience I've ever had has been at this store. If they're not out of something (often) they're understaffed and or no motivation to speed up. Today was it however, a salad with barely a handful of wilted lettuce, no beans as ordered, about tablespoon of rice, and a few and I mean FEW chunks of obviously BURNT chicken. Add the other topping and the brown wasn't even half full. The last $ I'll ever spend here.
