Tyler was very helpful during my tablet upgrade. He had the tablet I wanted in stock and was able to add it to my account very quickly. I must say the experience went very well. BTW the Huawei T5 10 does have the Google Play store installed. Thanks again Tyler!

Normally left unhappy with telecommunications companies but Sal was incredible and took care of everything I needed with a deal I was hoping for. He helped me switch my phone over and despite being busy, didn't make me feel like the extra help was a burden. He was amazing. Worth the drive to the store over the deal they offered me at the call centre. Will be referring all my Fido friends to Sal.

Been with Fido several years, both in BC and ON, and today was my best in-store experience. Nikita and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to ensure i was entirely satisfied and dealt with everything promptly and efficiently. Today positively reaffirmed my choice to be with Fido. I'm a long time customer with Fido. My old Samsung phone couldn't get charged so we came to Fido and asked if they can replace the simcard to my mom's old phone. We find out it was locked by another provider. Miki was very patient and kind while trying to help us get in touch with Freedom to unlock the phone. After numerous attempts we were told it would take 5-7 days so we decided to get a new phone but we are on a budget. Miki was very professional and accommodating with showing and explaining us about the phone we wanted to purchase. We were treated like VIP.Miki is an example to the rest on how to serve a customer.If we could we would give 6 stars!!!!Shoshana B.

If you looking for most perfessional costumer care just go there.i rich there at 7:30 pm and they should close befor 8 pm.but the manager who was realy patients and helfull stant until 8:40 just for resolve my issue about modem swapping. Eventhough his colleague was polite and waiting for those hours and still patient. I realy appreciate guys you are amazing.

I have been going to this location for years and have had nothing but positive experiences. The store is always clean, it's in a great location and the staff are some of the friendliest people I've ever met in a retail/service environment. Nikita and Chris are Rockstars! If it weren't for them I would not be a Fido customer. Thank you both for all your help and support and thank you to the other wonderful staff members who were friendly and smiling as well. Due to the Pandemic and illness I had not been in to the store in quite a while. Nikita (who initially set me up years ago) remembered me and asked how I was etc. It's those human touches that take my experience from 5 stars to 5+++++ stars. I'll never go to another Fido store. Y'all are stuck with me now lol

As I thought I got into an issue that I don’t want to be in, I called Promenade location. Tyler picked up the phone and instantly I knew my issue is going to be resolved. I was relieved to see him as he was resolving the issue so smoothly, putting warm conversations in between. I didn’t expect my issue would resolve this easy, and I’m glad I made the choice to walk in during this dire time. Tyler and his employees are ready to help out, head over there!

Bought a No-Term phone from Fido.ca and have it delivered to the store for pickup. When we went to the store for pick up, the store person just simply said they couldn't give phone to us without sign a new contract with them. We tried to talk to his manager and the person just said he was the manager. We spent 30+ minutes but they just don't give phone to us. I have to call Fido service again to cancel the phone for getting my $40 reservation fee back after that.Try to avoid this store if possible. They just want to get commission. They don't care about customers.
