The food is great probably the best Vietnamese place around. The service however is very much lacking. We've been ordering from here for 15+ years. It's always a fight with sauce. I don't mind paying for as many sauces as they want to charge me for. I just order how many sauces I want they can charge me for however many I DON'T MIND PAYING. They never put the amount that I asked for or pay for in the bag! Even if I check when I pick up they say yes it's in the bag. It's not! I specifically asked when I called today how many sauces my order would come with they said 4, come home there's 1 in the bag!!! I called and all they did was yell at me! No offer to come back, nothing.

Hidden gem in the Fleetwood area. Fast and friendly service. Good portion and reasonable price. The Vietnamese sub says 6 inch on the menu but it is more like 8 inch and fully loaded with meat. Same thing with the noodle soup - they don't skim on the meat and the vermicelli.The best part is the homemade chilli oil they provide - it has the right spiceness and one can taste the freshness of the chilli and oil. You can buy a whole jar but it is gonna set you back $11. It does taste better than any store bought chilli oil, including the popular Lee Kum Kee brand.

Super clean and friendly staff. There are a lot of food options not just your typical pho and noodle dishes. Very flavourful bun bo hue. The pho was clear and tasty.

I think since the new ownership both quality, quantity and service has improved exponentially! I ate here years ago and never came back. New owners took over and I had to give it a try. Wasn't disappointed with my PHỞ... Since I had been disappointed last time I only ordered the PHỞ and a iced coffee... Iced coffee had a lil too much milk but the lady was so sweet it just complimented her great service. The phở was very good broth was clear Not greasy or oily. Cuts of meat were all choice and fresh! The veggies also fresh and colourful. All and all it was a great experience and the price was on point. No monkey business with the tip as others have complained about in previous reviews.A honest family run business serving honest to goodness Việt soul food.Thanks for the experienceGood luck with your new restaurant

A neat corner in Fleetwood for pho, this restaurant has changed owners since COVID times but is a hidden gem in a small parking lot within the plaza. The service is quick and the food is as you would expect for the price. The house special is recommended when you dine in

Fantastic experience at this restaurant! Food portions were great and the pho was delicious. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to eat at an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. I will be back to try their vermicelli.

Pho was decent and service was fast. I also really liked the deep fried squid! The price was also reasonable.The location has lots of parking and there were lots of seats available. The restaurant was also clean and had air conditioner.

Very pleasant and refreshing atmosphere with fresh plants surrounding seating and traditional decor.The food came in great size portions. Best value for money I've seen to date. Menu is very extensive and diverse. And they also give you options to mix it up.Staff were amazing. Will definitely be returning.
