Hazelwood Lake Conservation Area
Lots of snowshoe trails to adventure. The lake prohibits the use of motors on it so its nice and quite. Unfortunately the fish weren't bitting for us the day we went. We'll have to come back and try again another day!

It’s an excellent spot to share with friends and family. You don’t have any groceries close by, so you have to buy everything before coming there, and you probably need sandals for a walk into the lake

If you have a Lakehead Conservation Explore Pass, this is one of the best places to utilize it. Summer or Winter, I love to go out on this lake to fish, swim, or just explore.

Hazelwood Lake Conservation Area
Beautiful trails!! We had gone on a hike (the red trail) just after it rained and there were mushrooms everywhere! We saw an eagle, a Blue Jay, and some funky looking shrooms. It was a beautiful day with some really good views.
