They do not respond to messages left and they do not answer their phone. You have to be persistent. They did an initial $6000. plus job for me and were supposed to come back to finish the job for another $1300. plus. I finally got an appointment. The electrician was a no show and no one contacted me to say he wasn’t coming. I called and left a message and they will not answer my calls or respond to my messages. I will never deal with them again. They are so very unprofessional and ridiculously expensive. Mario’s Pools recommends them, which is why I used them. It was a mistake to do so.

They had installed an air exchange sloppy. It is uneven and when asked to fix it they said they would contact us on a date they can come down. That is the excuse they give every time we call. Going on 5 months and still nothing. We have to keep calling regularly to remind them they were going to come back and they keep saying we will get back to you"."

They were installing a GFI for my hot tub. The quote was $400 and based off a measurement I gave for distance. While I was away from home for work they came to do the install and took advantage of my wife not understanding the electrical. They ran the wire double the length required and bolted the GFI to my old deck. Now when we replace the deck we will have to re route their work. On top of that they charged $1000. I have repeatedly called them with no response to have this issue fixed. I would not recommend using this company at all.

They installed our hot tub today and it was great called them late Thursday had tub due to set up Friday morning came fit me in did a great job this is our second install they provided and installed our mini split heat pump as well last year they are so fantastic highly recommend

Called for his services. His apprentices came quickly and provided us with a quote.They said the work would start in 3 weeks. Then, weeks went by and nothing happened. We followed up and he was unresponsive. Utter disregard for customer service. This was a waste of time. Go with another contractor!
