No one is here for 20 minutes. We knocked, rang the bell and called the store but no one responded.

Waited 30mins but nobody answered. The employee's jacket is there on the counter as u see in the pic. Looks like employee was sleeping on job. Horrible experience.

I hate to even give you guys 1 star. RACIST STAFF! We went to the gas station at 1 am. The lights were on, it said open 24 hrs on the door,the doors locked with a wet floor sign inside. We had no idea it was closed and knocked on the door, the guy inside ignores us, gives us a side eye doesn’t even point out to the small window. When we get there and kindly ask,”are u guys closed?” guess what this middle aged white man says, “i guess, that’s why I’m inside and you’re outside” with the cockiest expression EVER! We said “oh we just had no idea, so thought we’d ask” he literally replied with “most people are smart enough to figure that out”. A simple “yes we’re closed” would’ve sufficed. You might wanna think over your staff choices about hiring RACIST WM! We’re never coming back there with racist staff like that, absolutely HORRIBLE!

This based on a review of an incident back in 1994.Went there to fill gas one night and was told to leave for no apparent reason. Either the gas attendant was racist or there was some other issue. Should have made a formal complaint to Shell Corporate about the incident as I do think it was a race related issue. I haven’t filled gas at this location ever nor will I go in the future.

The worst Shell gas station I have ever been in Vancouver. My car gives less gas mileage whenever I go to this gas station for refueling. I stopped going to this pump. Please go to some other shell stations for good quality gas.

You know this place is meant to be open 24 hours a day, but it isn't even though people are working and getting paid to sleep come here a couple of times only to get a few sandwiches. Good luck trying to reach anyone after midnight.

As a BCAA member my experience with the staff has been WELL below average. Not only will the staff not provide their name when asking for assistance, but they will also not provide information on how to contact either the manager or owner to assist with an ongoing situation with a missing car. Very unprofessional!My car experienced mechanical issues and could not be moved. Staff said it was ok to leave it there until I could find an open mechanic to arrange for it to be towed. They arbitrarily towed it out of their parking lot without notice or a chance to get it fixed.For the owner: please provide your staff proper instructions and a means of reaching you. They did not have any information available on how to get answers about where and why the car was towed even though it had a mechanical issue and could not be moved. And you call yourself a gas station? Ridiculous!I now have to find the car, pay for the towing on top of having to fix it. As a BCAA member I would not recommend this gas station, the staff response and the management training. Change business if you are not here to help.
