The guys were nice sure, when my basement flooded they threw away things they weren't supposed to the mud guy did a really terrible job there's air bubbles so it looks like someone took a mini shot gun and blasted the wall. The corners weren't cornered the walls are wavey then he painted over the bubble holes so it looks even worse the new paint bubbled in places... that's just the tip of the ice berg

Cancade Restoration was contracted for the 1400 Pacific Avenue fire. I wish the property managers contracted a different company. I did not enjoy Cancade Resortation services, especially the project manager Rena. She was very rude over the phone and also in person. Rena needs to learn how to be more professional, willing to help, nicer and communication skills. Very poor service overall.
