Fake products!!!!2 of my friends and I bought 3 sunglasses from this store, 2 Gucci and 1 Prada. I spent $420 and my friends spent around $800 in this store. He showed me the sunglasses In Gucci website and told me he is ordering from Gucci website directly and because of having an account with them he can get it less and sell it to me around %5 lower! After we ordered he told me ETA is around a month. I accepted that as I had no rush. After using sunglasses for 2 months, I suspected the quality when I compared to my colleague sunglass, then I contacted Gucci and they said it is not their product. Yes, I bought a fake product! The seller behavior changed when I asked him for proof. He refused to show me his receipt that shows he ordered it from Gucci. It was really frustrating. Never purchase anything from this store.

Read some reviews and found this store last week. Indeed, prescription glasses are great quality and the prices are incredibly good.Staff are nice, experienced, and flexible to customers' needs. They really care about customer satisfaction.Thanks

Came here looking for some prescription sunglasses and was so happy I did! Customer service here cannot be beat. Bruce and Arash did everything they could to make me feel comfortable in the store. I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase and they have loads of options to try on! I can’t wait to get my sunglasses and will be coming back here for all my prescription needs from now on!

Exceptional service overall from start to finish! The whole experience was quick, pleasant, extremely cost-saving (almost $700) and professional. I had previously bought glasses from a different shop with very expensive designer frames. The lenses became so scratched & smudged within 3 years, I couldn't even see through them anymore but they said warranty expired! No shop would just put in new lenses for me. They said it was too risky as frames could break. As well even if they did, with superior Essilor lenses, the cost would be $1000 with progressive and transition features. But Provision Eyewear Outlet used my frames and it was only $349 for the Essilor lenses, progressive and transition! A savings of almost $700! I had also previously fallen and bent one of the arms of my frames. No shop would try to repair it for fearing of breaking it. Again, this was no issue. He just went in the back and moments later the arm was repaired! I am so impressed with their superior workmanship, extraordinary pricing and everything they did for me with such speed, ease and assurance! Pam Hunt
