Always had an okay service when visiting this branch, however they say on here they're open until 5pm but service is actually only open until 3pm which is unfortunate for people working.

Had been a loyal National Bank customer for +20years. This branch's multiple mistakes finally made me switch banks (not just branch). I understand mistakes can happen, but I expect you to (find them) and fix them. This happened over and over until this last one. The whole experience was unpleasant and left a bitter taste in my mouth.

They don't even provide a simple stamp on transaction paper, what a horrible service. They don't understand what service we need and just refuse to do it. I'll close my account permanently from this bank. I don't want to keep my hard earned money to some bank who is not willing to give me services when I need it the most.

The 3 stars are for the tellers. Always quick and good service. The curly haired lady at reception on the other hand is another story. I once had a question about online banking that she could have explained to me in about 5 seconds but she didn’t feel like showing me because she was sick. If you’re too sick to work then you should be at home. She told this to the teller in French thinking I wouldn’t understand what she was saying. The teller looked embarrassed and asked me if I would be able to wait until someone else comes in. I left. Another situation with the same lady. My father called to meet with an advisor and all she said that it was not possible and gave him a number to call. She didn’t say why or even try to help him make another appointment for another day or time. Like I said, great tellers but horrible reception!! If you need help with banking I suggest calling another branch.

Absolutely terrible experience so far. Came here to open a commercial account and they were unprepared when we arrived, whatever it happens and we let it slide. Was supposed to be contacted when our debit cards/credit cards would be ready for pickup but we're on 2 weeks now with no call and my THREE calls to the branch have been left unanswered, what kind of service is this?

Service not great.A walk in client is a burden on their shoulders. They cannot fulfill your request ask you to their call center where the wait time is between 2:30 to 3:30 hours to response. What is the purpose of having a branch if you can't treat the request of the community when needed..

I had a horrible experience with them. Because of their carelessness and incompetence, I lost more than 9000 $. The branch manager brushed me off when I tried to ask for a compensation. I had to go to court to fight them. I won, but two months after the verdict, they have yet to pay me the whole amount the judge ordered. They are going to open an internal investigation to find out why they haven't paid me, the manager said. But it will take time. Can you believe it? I have a valid court order and instead of acting on it, they are toying with me. So now I have to hire a bailiff and pay out of my pocket in order to execute the verdict.

Literally any other branch will be better. They offer a certain service one time and the next time no. They will waste your time. Unprofessional and rude staff.

Calls never returned . Terrible service. Wanted to change type of RRSP before tax time... never called back by 2 employees i left messages for.As soon as i finish a couple of details i will pull out all investments. Changing banks where i will get some Real service
