The entire staff at Keegan’s are friendly and so easy to work with. Recently worked with Donna to design a ring with my own stones. Donna made the design process easy and fun!! I have also had a few repairs done over the past few years and never a complaint.

I went in to have my watch fitted and get batteries (I’m new to wearing watches so I was clueless). Stephen was immediately helpful as soon as I walked thru the door. He showed me 1) the the watch is easy to adjust and 2) that batteries are in and helped me active the watch. He proceeded to show me how to operate it for future use and sent me on my way without charging me anything. I will certainly be back and highly recommend them for their honesty and for being so outgoing! I was definitely someone who could have been taken advantage of at other shops.

Had a great experience with both Donna and Sean. I am recently engaged and brought my ring to them in hopes of changing the band to something more comfortable. Not only did they do exactly what I wanted with my engagement ring they also helped me design my wedding band. They were prompt, helpful and pleasant in every interaction I had with them. After having a great experience with Keegan's for my engagement ring, we went back to order custom wedding bands. I went in with an idea, but the staff helped us get it to exactly what we wanted (and at a great price). They developed a mold to ensure it was proper before continuing, then produced a gorgeous ring that fit perfectly next to my engagement ring with finely selected alexandrite stones.Keegan's was very professional and helpful throughout the process, and the ring came out better than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend going here for your jewelry!

I’ve purchased a few items from Keegan’s over the past few months and had some pieces fixed. Each time I went in, the customer service is exceptional, everyone makes you feel very welcome and they go out of their way to help you. This past trip I dropped of an antique ring to be sized and cleaned. The end results were amazing! The ring fit perfectly and was cleaned to perfection, it looked like a whole new ring and I could not be happier! If you are in need of jewelry or need to get a piece fixed, go to Keegan’s. You will not be disappointed!

He took all the time asking in detail and explaining different options to me cause, we came up with a plan and Sean Keegan and Co. did an amazing job with this build. Truly one of a kind ring. would recommend Keegan’s 5/5. outstanding

I have used Keegan’s for a number of years. They are respectful, patient, and have great quality along with customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have any jewelry needs taken care of, from battery replacements to restoration of antique jewelry. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of my jewelry needs.
