Our experience with Maggie was fantastic. As first time home buyers she went the extra mile to explain every part of the process in detail. She was patient, diligent, and personable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying property.

I honestly don’t know where to start with Maggie and her team. When we started seriously looking for a home, we were working with another realtor and the experience was difficult to put it mildly. As the market continued to heat up, my wife and I were losing hope compounded by the fact that we just welcomed our wee baby into the world a month earlier and our nerves were shot. Then Maggie happened. I am not overstating this; Maggie was the difference. She was honest with us, ridiculously empathetic, professional, made sure our expectations were realistic and doubled as a therapist at times :) She was also so hard working and though I knew how busy she was, she always made us feel that we were her only clients and the knowledge that she has and shared gave us hope when we felt there was none previously. Maggie was available always and when I thought things were going south, she had this toughness about her that made both my wife and I feel that ‘she’s got this’. That was huge for us.We bought a home this evening. When Maggie initially called and let me know our offer was accepted, I’m not ashamed to say I pulled over and cried like a 3 year old. When she told us tonight that we were homeowners, I cried again. We got this house because of how quickly Maggie reacted to a situation with this home. When an issue arose at the 11th hour, Maggie made it a non-issue. She was able to talk us through the inspection and things that were foreign to us as first time buyers in Nova Scotia. The whole experience was incredible. From Debbie in the office (thank you for introducing me!!!!), for getting all our viewings sorted and getting all relevant info to us while holding our hands, to our journey with Maggie finding our forever home (seriously), I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.Sincerest apologies if this review has rambled a wee bit but it’s truly an honour writing it. If you have made it to the end of this and you’re buying a home (or selling for that matter), you need Maggie and Deb in your corner. I promise you that it is the difference. My experience with Maggie has been nothing short of excellent. I found her to be extremely professional, organized, and committed towards her clients. She explains the things in detail which was a tremendous asset for a first-time home buyer like me. It is one thing to view the house but totally different to view with Maggie. She not only answered all the questions and doubts but also explained the details to consider while viewing any house which helped decision making so much easier and satisfying. Her team at the back end works very hard and deserves a lot of appreciation. Deborah’s responsiveness to setting up viewings and explaining in detail about the steps in the home buying process was outstanding. The overall process of buying a house was made very smooth and never felt like I had to remember anything. Maggie is amazing. She has helped many of my family members/friends sell and purchase their homes. She is very quick to reply to messages and phone calls and is SO knowledgeable, it's crazy. She was always on our side and made sure that we found the house that was best for us. She is very personable and so easy to get along with. The same goes for her team, the admin staff were great and very quick to respond. Very, very grateful and appreciative of Maggie for her help with buying our first home :)
