Staff are polite and friendly. Chris Carr was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond the my expectation.

Terrible Customer Service from Gary Peacock, General Manager. He is lying about my lease renewal and trying to screw me for over $5,000. Disgusting treatment considering I have leased 6 vehicles over the last 15 years. First time dealing with Mr. Peacock because my great Account Executive left the company to work for a competitor. If this is the way repeat customers are treated by the general manager, Stay Away!! LEGAL PROCEEDINGS TO FOLLOW!!

Shazam was great at assisting me with leasing a vehicle. The process was very seamless and efficient! I was very impressed with the whole experience and the level of customer service. I did not feel overwhelmed with making the decision to lease a vehicle!

***WARNING TO ALL. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS LEASING COMPANY **We have been aware for years that many staff members in this company past and present expressed being unhappy with management. They often work under distress or intimidation and have absolutly nothing good to say aboutGary Peacock. If you wanna be stuck with a sketchy company handling your hard earned assets these are your guys. Do not trust these losers with your money they have no integrity and are desperate for money.

I came in to potentially get 2 leases under my business and initially was told everything was Approved and then after finding a vehicle they were skeptical about getting a vehicle that’s not from one of the big dealerships so then I went straight to Land Rover and found a vehicle through them and was still denied. I gave them my t1 generals and notice of assessment and even the business financials that show I have more than enough to carry a lease but my time was wasted. The manager Jim Likourezos has no regard at all for clients, I’ve called him and left messages many times throughout this process never once to get a call back and through the sales agent I kept sending more and more documents that Jim requested only to still be denied. I have no complaints whatsoever with Shazam the sales agent he’s a superstar and I see other people also praise him. I know he tried his hardest to push through the deal but Jim for whatever reason, that still hasn’t been explained to me, says he doesn’t want to do the deal. I wasted about 3 weeks with them when an approval should simple be an application and 48 hours. No appreciation for clients I wouldn’t Recommend anyone to go her unless they change management or atleast train them better.
