The shower, faucets and vanity we purchased were well priced, good quality and had no problems during instalation. The staff was very helpful and Himalaya went out of his way to make sure the delivery was on time as well as what we needed. Have recommended this store and will continue in the future.

The store has a great selection of everything you could need. I shopped around over several months and I came back to Bath Depot for its great prices and deals, and for the piece of mind you get for their warranty. I was never upsold or pressured. We needed a walk-in shower, free standing tub, fixtures, and durable shower walls. We got it all here. As a former contractor, that I something I've never done before. Gotten everything from one store. But nobody could beat them for quality, price, and warranty. And the store manager, Ali, was knowledgeable, friendly, helpul, and never pushy. Thanks Ali.

Very very happy with my vanity and linen cabinet. Great store. Like it better than the big box stores. Himalaya was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Amazing customer service. We recently renovated 2 of our bathrooms and visited Bath Depot to get some bathroom attachments, showers and fittings. Himalaya Srivastava was very patient and understanding. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction and even went out of his way by giving us an early delivery on all the items we ordered. I will definitely recommend Bath Depot and this location. Do ask for Himalaya if you visit them.

Great experience, we ordered a bathtub from the Kitchener location, it came in on time and when our project was delayed the store worked with us to hold it until we were ready. When we came to pick up (and purchase some additional items) both the store reps (Prarthana and Himalaya) were extremely helpful in helping us find what we needed and loading the tub into our trailer. Will certainly shop her again!

Our bathroom in our condo was totaly redun. Space was minimal and Ali Mustafa was very patient and helpful in our selection of bathroom fixtures. After 3 months of use everything in our bathroom still looks brand new. Prices were very competive at Bath Depot and would certainly recommend to friends.

Purchased a 48 cement style vanity recently as recommended by the salesman (Ali- Store Manager) at this location for two sink option but in fact this item isn't designed for it as it is having a single insert in center of the drawer for the plumbing.The store manager has been falsely claiming that he notified me of this potential issue that may come up during the install and is rather stating that I should have called him while my contractor was fixing the vanity

I had the most amazing service by Himalaya he is the assistant manager of the Bath Depot in kitchener. His knowledge of ALL the products was amazing and extremely helpful. He also was very friendly. What I joy shopping without this huge sales pressure. I still ended up redo bathroom due to his knowledge and friendliness.

Dec, 5, we went to Bath Depot in Kitchener and ordered $6000 of bathroom products. We were told that they would be home delivered during the last week of January. We were soon told that the tub filler was on back order so we put that as a separate order as they said it might slow our entire order up if we didn’t. That was good.So we put our plans in place for the Jan. delivery. That week came and went, and we heard nothing from Bath Depot. Two weeks went by and we started calling the store in Kitchener. We were told, yes, you will get an email it will be there early next week. When it never arrived over the next two weeks, we started calling head office. They told us the same thing. February went by.We had to cancel some items as we had to have a working bathroom on the main floor. We ordered identical items from other companies and the identical items were delivered within 3 days, including the bathtub.The head office told us twice that the refund for the cancelled items would be on our card within 6 business days. It never happened.So, we called the store in Kitchener to find out why we didn’t get our refund. The woman who answered told me (Leasa) on the phone that they tried to send us our money, but my visa company rejected it. So, I told her I’d call my CC company to find out why. On calling visa, I was told that no such attempt was made. So, I called head office. Then they told us we’d have to drive the 1.5 hours to Kitchener and get our refund in person. No other way it could be done. We get to the store, and we told them what we were there for and met a very confused manager. He said they normally just send it to the customers card and he didn’t know why they sent us there. For him to do the refund he had to call head office to get them to make him vouchers because he could not do a refund on his end in the store. They put him on hold and left us standing in the store for over an hour. When we finally left, the manager said he was sorry for the inconvenience. He was the first and only person to say ‘sorry’ in all these weeks to this day.Three weeks ago, they finally delivered our order. They made a mistake and sent a wrong box. To build the vanity we needed one box 1 and one box 2. They sent two box 2s. Again, we called head office and the person that answered said that they would deliver the correct box the next day and pick up the wrong box. That didn’t happen. She sent an email that their truck broke down (the manager said it didn’t break down when we were there to get our refund, he got his Wednesday order fine). So again, we are being told things that weren’t true, which is often, every call is different.The next two weeks they kept telling us it would be delivered. First on a Friday, then on the next Monday. We stayed home and waited each day they said it would come. The delivery people were also supposed to pick up the wrong box they sent.Then, on calling again, they told us if we want the correct box we need to drive back to Kitchener and pick it up. The boxes are heavy. At no time did they say it was now our job to load and return the wrong box they sent us.So, this morning my husband makes the 1.5-hour drive to get our box that we paid for a long time ago and the staff at the store told him he could not have it unless he returns the wrong box, THEY SENT US! They claimed they sent us an email that we would be responsible for returning this box. When Peter confirmed there was no such email, they then said Well, we told your wife by phone that you’d have to deliver this item to us or you could not have your correct box. There was no phone call to this effect. They left him to carry out the heavy box on his own and continued to tell him he could not have this item he owned and paid for. We absolutely would never recommend this company to anyone. We also believe the good reviews here are fake.

I ordered a standing shower 10 days ago on Tuesday and I was told it will arrive on Wednesday next week so today (Friday ) I went for pick up. Nobody called since Wednesday and when I went there shocked.. package is thorn and taped and Mr. Himalaya said back walls are cracked will come later so I mentioned to him at very beginning I will leave for travelling so it is very important to be received and I arranged plumber for tomorrow so he said he will take walls from another package and given me like garbage loaded and left… the only reason I was in a very tough situation but I had to take all headache.. it was my first time in this brand so it is last.. I paid for as if garbage… I am very dissatisfied and dissatisfied no word to describe that.. for peace of mind keep away…
