Falling Star Ranch Academy of Foundational Horsemanship

Had my first video lesson with Birgit at Falling Star Ranch. I created a video of myself working with my horse on various activities and sent that to her and she responded with detailed information and actionable suggestions for improvement. If you have been thinking about a video lesson, but you aren't sure, I recommend you go ahead. It's another great way to learn from such an experienced trainer without having to travel.

I highly recommend Birgit to get your horse started under the saddle, to learn how to stay safe on the trails and to learn the language of the horse.Thank you for teaching me the equine language. It has made a tremendous difference on how I interact with my horses. I feel confident and safe around my horses now, of course I know what they are telling me thanks to Birgit. Prior to that I got quiet often intimidated by my horses, well that does not happen anymore now , thanks to what you she has taught us. The horse-whispering" lessons are truly amazing and you learn so much! In fact I have joined many of the offered clinics and each one was fabulous and taught me a lot. The variety of different clinics offered is very much appreciated and I can highly recommend to join them. I also had always great feedback from my guests which have joined various lessons. The riding lessons taught us how to stay relaxed on the trails

Falling Star Ranch is an amazing facility and the owner and operator Birgit is such a wonderful teacher! Beautiful boarding excellent horse care and kind and intelligent education for both horse and rider! Highly recommend for all horse enthusiasts!

I have been taking lessons at the school for the last couple of months. Birgit is an animal whisperer and teaches horsemanship in a way that you just fall in love with horses and learn how to respect and treasure this magnificent animals. I drive all the way from Jasper. Learned so much in just a few months. Highly recommend. I'd give 10 starts if there were an option :)
