Gateway Casinos Sudbury

Sadly the experience is just not what it used to be...I had to change my rating from a 5 to a 2...my husband and I normally enjoy going but the last few times there were so many machines not working and nobody working on them...staff is very scarce now...I used to go and there was staff everywhere on the floor now you're lucky if you see the drink person once every few hours... sometimes I don't see them the entire time I'm there

Had a quick visit, had a laugh with the employee and security, staff was great. Awesome to see cleaner walking around cleaning and straightening chairs of unoccupied machines. We will, one day, return.

At Sudbury gateway was nice especially Doug the security guard not being from Sudbury he drew us a map to get home to Sturgeon Falls. We just moved here thanks to the welcoming us.Sharon and crew were awesome good time thanks folks

I recently had the unfortunate misfortune of visiting the Gateway Casino, and it turned out to be a complete disaster from start to finish. If you're considering gambling at this establishment, save yourself the time, money, and frustration and run as far away as possible. Allow me to share my horrendous experience.First and foremost, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. From the moment I stepped foot inside, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The employees seemed disinterested in assisting patrons and appeared to be more focused on their personal conversations than attending to their responsibilities. Their lack of professionalism and indifference made the whole experience extremely unpleasant.Next, let's talk about the atmosphere. It was nothing short of depressing. The entire place was dimly lit, filled with stale cigarette smoke, and had an overall dingy and outdated feel. The casino floor was cramped, making it impossible to enjoy any sort of gaming experience. It felt more like a run-down basement than a reputable establishment.As for the games themselves, the selection was severely lacking. The variety of slot machines was limited and outdated, with many of them out of order or malfunctioning. It was clear that the casino management had neglected the investment needed to keep their offerings up to par with modern standards.But the worst part of my experience was undoubtedly the payout rate. It was shockingly low. I understand that casinos are designed to make money, but this place took it to a whole new level of greed. It felt as if the odds were stacked against me at every turn, and no matter what game I played, I consistently walked away empty-handed. It was clear that gateway Casino had no intention of providing any sort of fair gaming experience to its patrons.To add insult to injury, the food and beverage options were of poor quality. The casino's restaurants lacked variety and served mediocre meals that were not worth the prices. It felt like they were trying to squeeze every last penny out of their customers without delivering any value in return.In conclusion, my visit to gateway Casino was an absolute nightmare. The rude staff, dismal atmosphere, limited game selection, abysmal payout rates, and low quality dining options all combined to create an experience I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. Save your time, money, and sanity and find a different casino that actually cares about its customers. This Casino is a prime example of how not to run a gambling establishment.

Just curious why you have to pay cash for drinks. For example wine/beer. When a customer goes to the bar to order drinks it makes sense to pay by debit/visa etc. Why just cash. As you know going to the ATM for any amount of money costs $4.45. And most people have their money in the machines (lol)!! It would be nice if you could change that.

A small casino that has two cent machines. You might get lucky but you might not. I liked the food in the restaurant they have there. The hot hamburger sandwich was quite good.

So many slot machine out of order, restaurant food is not up to par.
