Great job. I had a very specific idea of what I was looking for. All I provided them was a picture and they custom built my staircase exactly. They installed, we finished then they come back to install spindles. Highly recommend.

Stair Rite installed a new flight of stairs recently and we are extremely happy with the result. From the get-go, Brian was responsive to our many questions we had about the process and came out twice to guide us on what was possible and then to double check measurments. The stairs were done quickly and exactly as planned and the installers were pleasant and easy to deal with. A great all-round experience!

Don't know anything about the company other than they hire bad drivers. Was behind one of their vehicles that was driving 30km over the limit, even in a school zone. Black Silverado AV 48508. Slow down.

We have a century home with stairs that had seen better days. After this company explained what they could do with the existing stairs and a few important features we wanted to preserve (bottoms of newel posts for example) they did a fantastic job. They worked with us to design and implement a solution that was both brand new and consistent with the age of the house aesthetically. Artisanal, professional, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, came back to address any issues that arose after installation. Looks like a million bucks.

when you renovate a home you worry about look, costs and being able to trust your contractors/suppliers.Brian (owner) personally came and measured our stairs and gave us a 6 to 8 week delivery timeframe . . which seems like forever in renovation time. 4 weeks later they were ready and installed. In fact I had to delay them a week as we were not quite ready for them. They adjusted to meet our schedule.They fit perfectly, they are strong and sturdy and the 2 young men that came to install them were professional, polite and efficient - a definite asset to the company.the pricing was fantastic and the workmanship was really good. I will be going back to them for railings . . . love dealing with smaller family owned companies! Thank you Stair Rite Guelph. I will definitely share your name!

They did some work for me 6 years ago, I don't know why I never thought of posting a review until now. These guys are good. Professional, friendly, everything you want in people who will be working in your home. Cannot recommend enough. If you're on the fence, don't be. You will not be disappointed.

Frank was very professional and fixed our deck stairs in 5 minutes. He did a fantastic job.
