Rude front desk employees, no courtesy on patients.we were late by few minutes and they haven't allowed us to see the dr . You have to wait a month to see the dr appointment.

Knowledgeable and professionalFront desk staffs. People should respect time and should not be verbally abusive with those receptionists. They are only doing their job!

No bathrooms. No shoes allowed. Masks mandatory. Rude staff. Great doctors. No strollers. No wheelchair stall in the washrooms outside the clinic . No waiting in the waiting room. Got asked to leave until my appointment started. Asked to exit back door with no help with me two kids and car seat and 2 bags and got in trouble for not wearing a mask when I had no extra arms to put one on and no help offered from them. For a pediatric clinic you’d think they would have staff that are more accommodating considering our doctor here is phenomenal. Someone please fire that terrible front desk staff ! I am so fed up with her.

I cannot say enough how much our family love Dr. Dhunnoo. He is knowledgeable and kind. He never rushes you and always encourages you to ask all your questions. He is calm and wise. We are so sad to say goodbye to him because we have moved to Calgary recently. We never had a better experience with another doctor in our whole life. Thank you Dr. Dhunnoo for being such a kind, nice, wise and knowledgeable doctor.

I have a teen and a toddler.Just simply kind, logical sincere. He speaks to my child directly then confirms with me. Really empowers parents and the teen alike whether he is sick or other. One feels better just by meeting this guy. We do not make these anymore! Will move if he does......

Dr Carrie Lewis is the best doctor . Always ready to help and specially listen to you. I am glad my daughter has a very humble and knowledgeable doctor. As I am first time parent having lots of questions and doubts but She listen to every small details and help me with the best answer. I feel my daughter's health in the safe hands. Dr Carrie Lewis is one of the best doctor I have ever met.Thank you Dr lewis for replying me on call even throughout your busy schedule.

Excellent doctors, and excellent staff. The people who are giving negative reviews need to look at themselves and not at the staff. I overheard an argument between a lady and the front desk worker. The front desk worker was polite and responsive in her answers, but the client was brash, rude and basically uncompromising. Listen people, if you are very late for your appointment and demand to see the doctor...that is a you problem and you need to accept reality. They have other patients who need time with the doctor just as much as your bundle of joy.

I have been seeing Dr. Dhunno since I was two weeks old.He is truly an amazing doctor. Thank god for doctors like him. My brother saw 4 doctors and was rushed out of the office with a different diagnosis and prescription in his hand. After being misdiagnosed so many times, Dr. Dhunnoo immediately knew what was wrong and treated him accordingly. He has been so good to our family.
