Very friendly staff! Answered all our questions and gave us some advice as very novice gardeners. Good selection of plants and trees and soil all reasonably priced.

This year, we ordered a Christmas tree from here and the tree is so beautiful, it makes me a little giddy! It's perfect.Also, everyone was so accommodating and understanding with respect to the logistics of delivery in unexpected circumstances (i.e. timing and a broken elevator). Thank you so much!

I just had the best experience with all the staff at Beech. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and directed to where I could find the Serviceberry trees. From there, the expert showed me the various options and helped pick out the perfect tree. The young men were super helpful loading the tree into my SUV. Even better, I got lucky and the tree was on sale. My dogs both enjoyed relieving themselves on the rock features while I paid the bill.I noticed that they already had lots of great looking annuals. I will be back soon to fill my dozens of planters with the colours of summer.Thank you to all the staff.

Fantastic service with a great result. They took the empty, sad planter boxes in front of our building and made them look great! They showed up within a few days of our initial contact and installed everything. They even broom swept all of leaves that had accumulated in and around the planters *and* the sidewalk. Thank-you so much!

I thought I'd be gouged on pricing given proximity to Down Town, but it was very comparable to the suburbs, which is awesome. Most importantly, the staff here are EXTREMELY helpful. the more junior guys check in to make sure you're finding what you need, while the more senior guys are very very informed and have great ideas to share. Ian spent a good 30 minutes (maybe even 45) with me walking through garden design principles that people use, plants to consider, design concepts to think about. They offer a design service, and I was informed of this option, but Ian was honest and didn't try to sell me on it, instead giving me his time and ideas and inspiration. I went back the next weekend (with some drawings as he'd recommended I work on) and got pointers (!!) and help with grabbing the plants.I'm a nursery hopper" on spring/summer weekends

We went today to get a couple of plants for my girls. The staff was very helpful suggesting good options for our space and Grace was very patient as she explained to my daughters how to care for their new plants. Wonderful customer service!

I bought 2 skyline honey locusts years ago and I’ve always wondered why they were growing so oddly. As the trees a grew older it is clear that they were grafted with another tree. This is not what I expected when I bought these trees. I may have to cut one down because it’s growing more like a dwarf weeping tree than a skyline honey locust.

We bought our Christmas tree here a couple years in a row - despite the shortages they've always had some variety of tree in stock when other places haven't.We bought our tree (fraser fir) a little bit early this year, but sadly it seems like the tree was already quite old. It's only been 5 days and it's turned quite yellow. It hasn't drank any water since we got it which would indicate the tree was already about as dead as it gets right from the get go.Better luck next time, I guess.
