In the centre of downtown. Connected by the underground system to all of the shopping centres downtown, to the train station, and to many restaurants.

The ambiance there is noisy but the main activity there which is ice skating is really cool

A total maze, a place to get lost and never find your way. Signs are not clear and not unified. Not all outside doors are open and getting in requires some trial and error as well. A shameful place for Canada

It's a bus terminal. Kind of easy to get lost though.

They do not work on the weekends. If you are planning to travel at the weekend, you should get your tickets on the week days or have the exact change at the bus.

Everything's there, as expected of a downtown terminus. You can recharge your opus card, get bus tickets and food, and you have access to the whole city from there.

A little hard to get around

The bus system is fine. My biggest problem is the customer service. I am talking about the ticket kiosks opposite the skating place.I was waiting in-line waiting to be called and 5 of them were just chatting. Only for one them to rudely tell me that they have been calling me since when they clearly didn't. They interrupt and it is just horrible. Please please train your staff. This is so unacceptable!

Just a little travel tip for a first-time visiter trying to take bus #100 to Delson:- The ticket office on the first floor doesn't sell a ticket for this line unless it is for more than 6 of them.- You can purchase your ticket aboard the bus. Bring the exact fare ($7.75 as of August 21, 2020) as they do not carry change. They won't take debit or credit either.- The display by the elevator will tell you when #100 bus leaves but it won't tell you from which gate. If you have Transit App on your phone, that will tell you which gate.- This bus doesn't make any intermediate stops and goes straight down to Delson. If you live near this terminal and your destination is near the terminal in Delson, the bus is probably a better option than Uber, which costs you anywhere between $35 to $45 depending on the time of the day. You'll have to time the visit though because this one doesn't run often.- Both the terminal and the bus are new and clean.I hope it helps someone. Enjoy your trip!
