I usually don't criticize the budding business holders, but this time I feel the need to express the worst experience we had with the Comfort Cleaners run by Mr. Abhishek Lal. The service was below the usual satisfaction bar because the company sent a newbie who didn't have the knowledge (or was not given the appropriate training) about the products to use while cleaning. I was very appreciative of the work that the little girl put through, however, I did share the feedback with the owner that they need to send an experienced person along with the new people so that they can learn under their supervision. The expectation was that the company would address the issues by sending someone experienced, however, what we got instead was a $10 discount on our total cost which I feel is an unprofessional way of handling customer's issues.This seems like a trap in the disguise of the contractual language that - if the service you got is not up to the satisfaction we can't do anything about it you still have to pay the whole amount. If you want to fix your issues, get another paid session or take this penny discount as a remedy.Very unprofessional, and unethical and I will refrain from using their services in the future. I hope the company starts valuing their customers going forward.
