From the moment I walked through the doors, I was impressed by the level of professionalism and dedication that the trainers have towards their athletes.The trainers are knowledgeable and experienced, and they provide personalized training programs that are tailored to my specific needs and goals. They push me to be my best and their training has improved my overall technique, strength, and endurance. The training sessions are also fun and engaging, and I never feel like I'm just going through the motions.What sets Aegis MMA apart from other gyms is their commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment. I have personally been training under Lyndon and Lucas for about 6 years. They are very high quality instructors and even better people. Whether you are a beginner looking for self defence and a great workout, an intermediate competitor or an aspiring pro , Aegis is the place to train.

Lucas and Lyndon (and Brad) are the best instructors you will find in Ontario (even beyond). They genuinely care about their students and provide only the highest quality instruction in all of their classes. Great coaching, with a focus on technique and execution. Ample space to move around, convenient class times, clean and tidy, encouraging and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend if you want to learn basics or the subtle intricacies and nuances of self-defense, excellent MMA/Kickboxing acumen, and a solid place to get a phenomenal workout.

Great facility/location, amazing coaches, friendly and welcoming environment. The classes are appropriate for both beginner students and high level athletes. The coaches and even the students with more experience are always respectful and helpful, especially if it's your first class and you're not sure what to expect. I have personally been a home grown" student under Lucas and Lyndon for over 10 years now and I am very proud to be a product of their teachings! Highly recommend!!"

Secretly hidden around the corner behind McDonalds, once you find this place you’ve found excellence.From the Pro’s to a hack like me and down to kids I doubt you’ll find a place like this anywhere else.Even being a rank amateur I feel welcomed and learn every time I go! Lucas and Lyndon are outstanding coaches with a wealth of experience and a true passion for both martial arts and the development of their athletes. Legit coaches to pros in the highest levels of professional MMA, these guys know what works and have the coaching chops to teach you. Lucas seamlessly switches from being a great and supportive kids coach to a demanding coach to some of the toughest athletes in Canada. Great team. Great school.

Aegis is a phenomenal gym, run by even better people. The coaches are knowledgeable and know how to get the best out of their athletes. The gym itself has a great training area and you can tell that the owners put a lot of work into the upkeep and cleanliness.
