I am not new to being a bra owner, but this was the first experience I actually enjoyed. I avoided bra stores for years. They wouldn't fit right, it would be something I dreaded. Today I chose The Bra Bar due to the amazing reviews I came across (on here) and I will be adding another 5 star experience. Today, as soon as I got there I was kindly approached and taken care of immediately. Went into the change room and tried on the current size I have worn for years. I was educated, and found some tricks on how to make sure the bra fit properly. Turns out, I've been wearing the wrong size for years! I ended up being a band size SMALLER and a cup size BIGGER than what I thought my normal size was. Score!! Over all great experience. Highly recommend. Do it, this is your sign to stop looking elsewhere.

I moved back to Winnipeg from Ontario after being away for 10 years and one of my happy thoughts was I would get to go to the Bra Bar!! And they didn't disappoint....I'm not sure how they do that: the staff knew just what I needed and were kind and SUPPORTIVE lol. I thought the customer service was exceptional. Worth the price...I think they should franchise to Ontario!

I had a terrible experience at the Bra Bar today. I had just spent $550, left the store, walked to the car but half way to the car I regretted buying a $200 bra. It was pretty but I really didn’t need it or could afford it. So I turned around, went back into the store to return it and they refused. Their policy is to only do exchanges or store credit. This is actually printed on the receipt. Ok I get it if you go home and decide it’s just not the best fit and you want to change it, but I DIDN’T EVEN GET TO MY CAR! That’s just ridiculous beyond words. I will NEVER GO BACK NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE! The customer is definitely not their top priority!

The only place to shop for bras if you are well endowed.They have great sales, are super friendly, and don't rush you in and out with lots of sales pressure.Definitely recommend over other specialty places I've tried in the City.

Will never return. Who wants to buy a $200 impractical frilly bra after this bizarre experience; Imagine being put in a change room and the person helping you leaves you sitting there for 4 minutes with your girls out, waiting, and the staff LEAVES THE STORE unbeknownst to you...then finally another staff begins speaking to you through the curtain, and you piece together that now a completely different woman is assisting you, with no debrief from the staff that just up and left you there.While speaking to you, she pops her head in as she's talking, looks at you holding your chest and says, oh you're what, a D?But you can barely fill a B cup...would you go back? I know I won't.

I am a very naturally endowed woman! I have been wearing wireless bras for 38 years by choice. I went to The Bra Bar to get new bras as it was time and this is where I always go for my bras. Shelly, the lady who assisted me, had me try on a Goddess underwire bra for the heck of it and it was a game changer for me. I was not suffocating the girls. I did not feel any pulling on my neck, shoulders or back. The girls had a much more of an appealing shape to them. It took a few days to get adjusted to wearing an underwire but wow what a difference for the better!I am so thankful I had Shelly that day and took her advice to try an underwire bra :)Thank you for being a pro in Boobology! Excellent professional service.

I took my 88 year old mom in a couple of years ago and they were great with her. I went in today and Shelley helped me. She was awesome. This is the firat time I have ever felt that I was properly fit, she showed me lots of options and I couldn't be happier. I felt the bras were reasonably well priced and very good quality. I recommend the Linden Ridge Bra Bar!
