I reserved an SUV for Saturday May 28 at 5:30 att the Grande Prairie, AB Airport in Canada. My flight was late & I tried to contact the agent at the airport to see if they would wait. I tried several times and only got an agent in the US. When I arrived, they were closed and I learned that they had actually closed at noon yet they had booked my rental. Worst service ever. Never again.

Would love to leave zero stars. My flight is cancelled home so I book a car. I get a voicemail from Enterprise that I can't hear. I call back and first there is no record of my reservation! No record of anyone ever calling me either. I give my reservation number and all they can say is sorry ma'am we don't have a car for you".Stranded thx to Enterprise. I won't use this company ever again."

No staff working here and the phone goes to an automated system with no option to talk to a person. Had a rental reserved for yesterday and there was no one at the desk to help us. We needed to drive to a town 2 hours away but couldn't so we got a hotel... Now we are waiting at the desk for someone to show up and help us. This is expensive for us and very frustrating. Corporate should remove their franchise for sure!

I cant believe how bad they are!!! DO NOT RE T FROM THEMOur flight got cancelled couldn’t reach them to say we’ll pickup next day! No one calls us or connects us to the branch.Next day we go to pickup no one there, we call themThey won’t send someone until the next flight!! HaD to sit at airport for 2 hours before they show up

Website hours and counter hours are not the same. They were gone when my flight finally landed …. Only option was to come back at 7am the following day. Rented from Avis who was more than happy to accommodate me and find the best rate

Great customer service. Arrived at 4 pm and had done the pre-check in online. Brett was amazing, free upgrade, great experience all around. He even told me to get the tank filled up on the way back to the airport to save $$. Will be back.

Our experiences with this location have always been amazing. Fantastic customer service, especially by Md. unlimited kilometres really helps, especially in Alberta. Great rates and we even got a free upgrade to a sedan.

Can I give no stars? We had a rental booked well in advance. I called the morning of to confirm that the vehicle would be ready at the time it was booked, because I understand that this location is not always manned. My exec arrived at 1pm and no car. It is 1:55 and he still doesn't have his car. Totally disrespectful to their customers and extremely unprofessional. Not that Enterprise really cares...

Terrible customer service. The day started with no one being at the counter when our plane arrived. We were 15 mins early, but having a location at the airport you think it would be easy enough to look at the arrivals screen? Once the agent arrived the helped the woman head of me. She had reserved a truck weeks before and was told when she arrived that unfortunately there were no trucks available, they sent her away with the comment I heard Driving Force is really good" which for those who have not been to GP
