I recently came to vista Chateau d’Ivoire on Rue de la Montagne to find a gift for my father. I was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff and made to feel right at home.The salesperson who assisted me was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to listen to my needs and preferences. They were also very transparent about pricing and worked within my budget to find a solution that fit my needs. What really impressed me, was the level of care and attention to detail that the staff showed throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Overall, I strongly recommend this jewelry store!

Highly recommended, ask for Marie!I recently went to Château d’Ivoire to shop for a watch (30th birthday). They have a great selection and inventory of premium watches and the service is incredible.In fact, Marie went above and beyond to help me find a watch that I really love. She was extremely patient and never once did I feel pressured to make a purchase. At the end, Marie took the time (even after closing time) to help me size the bracelet on the watch and packaged everything perfectly.Looking forward to building a long relationship with this store. Highly recommended.

I went to Chateau d’Iviore to have a custom made gold ring for myself. Not only was the piece exactly what I asked for, but the customer service was impeccable throughout. I was welcomed warmly and the staff was very attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this establishment.

I’ve bought a number of watches and items of jewelry here and will continue to do so. The variety of timepieces is the best in the city. I’m always helped by Zak who is extremely knowledgeable and honest. The rest of the team are friendly and have been able to help with adjustments, cleaning and services. I recommend the Le Chateau very highly.

Anyone in the market for a quality watch must go to this store. It is beautiful, comfortable and stylish. But more importantly the staff, beyond competent and enjoyable. This is the place where my dream comes true! I walked into the store to and have Christina to help me get my first fine watch as the Tudor bb58 silver which is amazing. As I told her my wedding is coming in a year, she was super patient and help me to get through all the jewelry collections and other watch brands. Now I'm gradually building up my other watch collections along the year and I always feel comfortable while visiting store. The service level is exceptional as always.

From the moment you walk through the doors you know that you’ve stepped into a special place. Set on 2 floors in downtown Montreal this high end store offers quality Swiss made watches, luxurious pens and jewelry. They carry many watch brands including Rolex, Omega and Jaeger Lecoultre to name a few. I have been a customer for a few years and have dealt with Marie for my purchases. She is very professional and highly attentive to the customers needs. It’s definitely worth the visit!

Unfortunately, my previous review was deleted due to an error on my Local Guides page. I would like to take this chance to rewrite the review. I visited Chateaux d'Ivoire last week after finishing work at a firm nearby, and was received very warmly by the staff there. While I was the only customer at the time (near closing time), I did not feel uncomfortable at all, and had the chance to browse a few watches. The sales associate Ms.Rachel provided me with information about the brand and was patient with me while I had the opportunity to describe my ideal timepieces. Kudos to the great service, and beautiful ambiance within the store as well.

I have been a repeat customer of this boutique for many years and I always greatly appreciate the service I receive. I still remember the first watch I bought and how many times I had to visit the store to finally convince myself to buy it. The whole team is always smiling and very welcoming. You can really tell that they have been a solid and close team for many years. I have always recommended this boutique to friends and family and will continue to do so for many years. I recommend Vick in particular for his expertise, patience and transparency. He is always a pleasure to talk to and deal with.
