Always a great experience coming here! I’ve gone here quite a few times. Very efficient, and friendly service. Wait times are fairly on time, rarely have to wait too long with appointments. Highly recommend.

The front desk is nice and polite, however the ultrasound lady was very rude and had no patience and was rushing. Poor experience overall. I had shared my feedback through email but received no response.

Super professional staff, nice quiet environment and amazing customer service. They always go the extra mile for patients which is so nice to see. Ilana is absolutely amazing - went above and beyond to book extra appointments for me at another office and was super accommodating with everything. Highly recommended for all ultrasound needs!

Booking was smooth and easy, which is the only reason this isn’t a 1 star review.Don’t go here for pregnancy related ultrasounds. At over 40 weeks pregnant, the tech was not compassionate or patient with my slower movements and barked instructions at me with no compassion. At the end of the hour long ordeal, I was told to take a picture of an image of nothing.

I had an ultrasound and x-ray done recently at Humber Valley PDS location, North York.I'd like to thank the whole team: receptionists, technicians and doctors for making it very pleasant and professional experience.This clinic cares about patients and works as a team to provide excellent service.My exams were done on time, family doctor got results next day.I highly recommend Humber Valley Imaging for your medical diagnostic needs.

I booked an ultra sound for the first time at Humber Valley Imaging. The woman who I booked the appointment with initially was friendly and very helpful. She explained everything I need to do in detail and was patient with me as I had some questions. Today I had my ultra sound and I was taken right on time. I was a bit worried with a full bladder, having to wait but to my surprise, I did not have to wait more than a few minutes.The woman who conducted my utlra sound, Irina B was the best I have every had. She was very friendly and professional. As this was an ultra for my bladder which was quite full, Irina made sure I was comfortable and told me what she was going to do before she did it. I was extremely impressed with Irina B. I wish she could be cloaned! Should anyone I know need an ultrasound or any service provided by Humber Valley Imaging, I will highly recommend!

Do not go here for pregnancy related ultrasound. Worst experience of my life, we started the ultrasound and was told baby is probably asleep so drink some juice and I will be called back in (Im in my 3rd trimester). While waiting to be called back, a friend of the staff came for his appointment. His appointment was for later and here I was waiting with a full bladder ready to explode. Staff told me he was going to be going in first and I HAD TO WAIT. I said no as Im like 8 months pregnant, I cant hold any longer. There was a whole scene, which included the receptionist telling the man my business that my baby wasnt moving (I WAS NOT TOLD THIS so there I am finding out in the middle of the waiting room in front of people) finally let me in. I was so rushed, literally in there for no more than 5 minutes. Gave me a pic of the ultrasound, completely pitch black, I see nothing. And I ended up getting scanned again at the hospital, baby was fine Thank God. Never going here again

Would not recommend if coming in for pregnancy related ultrasound. The Technicians lack sympathy that for the patients this is once in a life time event. Felt rushed out and lack of compassion.

I agree! Don’t go here for pregnancy ultrasound. I left crying after the tech was rude The one receptionist is super nice and I think booked me back with another lady which the experience was way better

Oh what a great place! Went there yesterday to get an x-ray done, and I had to come with my daughter. Staff at the front desk, Ilana and Zalina, were so lovely and offered to babysit while I was getting my x-rays. They were so sweet, entertaining my baby and walking her around so she wouldnt cry! They also kindly offered me a room to breastfeed in. The facility is also very clean and well-maintained, but it's the staff that really make it special!
