My experiences at We've Got The Look have always been very pleasant. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I usually see Alex and have always been extremely satisfied with the work she does, she takes her time and does a fantastic job!

For many years I have frequented We've Got The Look for hair cuts, from flat tops to faux hawks, fades to trims I've pretty much had it all. (Best fades in Windsor by far.) From entering the door, being greeted or simply acknowledged, to paying the bill and leaving, I've always felt welcomed and comfortable. Very clean, organized, professional business with a group of skilled, talented stylists, true artists in their profession. Thank you for always making me feel like I'm part of a family when I come in and giving me a reason to return to my next appointment.

I had my hair and eyebrows done by Trinidi. She was super friendly and made sure I was happy with my experience and my appearance. Which I was 100% happy. My hair looked so beautiful and getting my eyebrows done didn't hurt at all. I have definitely been struggling with going and getting my hair done, but she made me feel safe and comfortable going to her during COVID. I would go again and I'm definitely going to tell my friends about her and this place. Absolutely amazing place.

I found We've Got the Look when a friend referred me to Helen. I have thin hair and Helen is great at working with me to give me a cut that suits my hair type. Besides being impressed with Helen, the salon overall is clean and comfortable. I will continue to be a happy customer. I Recommend We've got the Look.

This place is great! The owner, Trinidi, is awesome with colouring and cuts. She oil slicked" my hair and it looks fabulous! If you are looking for a salon that offers many beauty services at decent prices

Had exceptional service from Luci this afternoon! She did an amazing job and had a great personality. Explained things and answered my questions very professionally while still keeping things laid back and fun.I am growing out my shaved head and was at a loss on how to keep a style but still get length. She suggested a couple things and I eventually just said okay, just go nuts! She had full control and I am so happy with the results. I can’t wait to go back when I’ve got some more length and see what else she can come up with!The vibe of the entire salon was very welcoming. It was very busy and everyone seemed like family. It was not pretentious or somewhere you may feel out of place.I had never been here before today, but I am definitely rebooking with Luci in the future!

I've been looking for a hairstylist since I moved to Windsor , after visiting many websites I chose to try this Hair studio. Helen was the one who took care of me, I showed her 2 pics and she amazingly replicated the hair cut that I use to get in Montreal. Such a relief. Good Staff, humanly prices. I highly recommend. I can't say enough about Helen!! So personable, helpful, friendly, and excellent at what she does . I love my color! She takes the time with you and explains everything. She works with you which is so refreshing! I REALLY LIKE Helen and I'm very happy with her talent and exceptional service! I would reccomend her to anyone. Thanks Helen!! :)
