During my visit, I was blown away by how Dr. Khaira and her assistant went above and beyond to explain the next steps in my treatment plan. They were able to perform the first phase of treatment to reset a new crown, and I was thoroughly impressed with their level of expertise.What made my experience even more enjoyable was the friendly and professional behavior of the staff at the front desk. They were warm, and welcoming, and ensured that the whole experience was as pleasant as possible.Overall, I highly recommend Mountain Oak Dental to anyone who requires dental work. Updated Review:I have now had a couple appointments here for myself and I wish I could give an even higher review. I also suffer from dental anxiety and I love this office and the people in it. Dr Khaira is so fast and efficient, and honestly so kind. Everyone in the office from check in, to Lorna (the manager), to the assistants, hygienists and Dr Khaira herself go above and beyond. You can tell everyone gets along so well and the atmosphere is both fun and calming. I had Kayla for this appointment and she was excellent. I am so happy we made the switch to Mountain Oak.We just went here for the first time and it was amazing! My daughter was very nervous but Lorna, Karla and Dr Khaira were extremely patient and kind, and explained everything step by step for her to make her comfortable. She was so happy by the end and can't wait to go back for her next appt. My son was also very well cared for. Everyone took such good care of us and I am so pleasantly impressed with the service and quality here. Would highly recommend!

Definitely the best dental experiences I have ever had. All the staff are super friendly and amazingly thorough. They take the time to explain things and educate on how to maintain dental health. Since I found Mountain Oak, I no longer feel like going to the dentist is a chore and actually look forward to visits. They genuinely care, and that’s helped me to take pride in my dental care and build positive daily habits.

The best staff and service! Mountain Oak Dental has been wonderful to our family. They are so kind and patient every step of the way - from the front desk, to the hygienists, and the dentist. Mountain Oak Dental -- you are AWESOME! You exceeded my expectations on all fronts. Let me be clear- the dentist is not my favorite place to visit. After I heard about this wonderful office from friends I booked an appointment and I am pleasantly surprised. The friendly staff were welcoming, and really pleasant. Karla is a great hygienist and was comforting, informative and a joy to talk with. Dr. Khaira had the best chair side manner of any dentist I have ever met and was calming to talk with. It is the first time where I feel like they had my best interest at heart and put my treatment plan ahead of my insurance plan... I am excited to go back and get some much needed work completed. I cant thank you enough for putting me at ease and showing me a prioritized treatment plan. Ill have a brighter smile for years to come. :)Sincerely, Bill H

We are catching up to all our dental care and they’ve been great! My 18 month old had her first appointment and they were very patient and gentle with her! As a little gift, she received a Teddy with a picture of her first visit with the hygienist and dentist. She loves it!! My oldest daughter also got a little prize after her visit. I also went for my visit which had been well overdue, my hygienist has been great! I would definitely recommend this place!

We made the switch about 6 months ago. Everything about this office has been a joy, the hygienists, receptionists, and dentist are phenomenal! We couldn't be happier, and the kids actually look forward to going to the dentist! Thankyou for taking such good care of our family's dental needs.

Best staff ever!!!!! Great customer service both at the front desk, and in the chair. Attentive to your needs even if you are cold, they will provide a blanket, or a glass of water. Very knowledgeable and happy to explain ANYTHING you ask (even if it's about where the spit juice goes). Always making sure you are comfortable while they are working on your teeth, and talking their way threw the procedure to keep you informed of what's going on. Highly recommend. They are working for the customer.
