Access Storage - Regina Central

Got into my storage unit for the first time yesterday. Was very happy with the new fellow working the front desk. He was thorough with everything, and very friendly. Made great small talk. The unit looks clean and secure and so far I am happy I chose Access Storage!

Have been at this facility for 10+ years and was at a few of the other ones around the city before and during that time. The best Regina has to offer. Girlie in the office is especially helpful!! Highly recommend if looking for a space to rent.

Never rented a storage locker before and only needed for a short term during a move. With all the choices of locker sizes we were unsure of what we needed. The staff were very helpful in selecting a locker that was right for our needs plus we got the first 4 weeks free!

Had placed money down for rental, received a phone call shortly thereafter confirming my reservation and scheduling an appointment to do the walkthrough. There must've been zero communication between the call center and the actual office because when the office called me about the reservation they sounded surprised to hear about the appointment set up.When I showed up to the appointment, no one was there, the office was locked with a sign stating they would be back at a later time... I'm sorry, but if you can't even be there for the walkthrough then why would I want to rent anything from you. Thanks but no thanks. I went somewhere I know I will receive adequate customer service.

Girlie made my move in process very easy! She has great customer service and like I said above made the whole sign up process as easy as possibly! Very enjoyable experience, will definitely be telling my friends who may need a unit!

Staff was super friendly and accommodating! Didn't really get the unit I wanted, but ended up paying a lot less for the one I got, so I can't complain too much.

Great storage option, with different types & sized units to fit your needs, the customer service agents were very polite and Profesional thank you Jenna.

What a great place to deal with. Ordered the wrong one over the phone, and Tyler happily changed it for us. Will definitely use again and highly recommend them. Great prices too!

They were really helpful. Only problem is that payments with your debit/credit card can only be done in person or over the phone
